For the previous 4 years, Bluefield's Beaver Nation was always rocking the house at the big games, but this year it just isn't there. It is full of the preps who don't know a thing about basketball and just come to show off in front of the ladies or the guys. With last year's graduation, the Bluefield Student Section died.

I complately agree with you. When they actually do yell it is something that has absolutely nothing to do with the game. Which is why after the first game against Graham i have been watching the game sitting down with you guys.

Are you Josh Osbourne?

yeah and im pretty sure they probably lost 2.... i'll tell you what grundy needs to do... teach DJ Gelenster how to flap those big ears and fly... then he could just drop the ball in and not have to worry about defense or a crowd

YES MAJORLY OVER RATED... Richlands doesnt even have a team they have a Ben Mulkey and four other guys who pass the ball to him....

Richlands has the best crowd that i have been to, and yes i have been to twin valley for the BUMZ which i like how you have the loyal fans and the face paint and stuff but your too far from the court (Grundy10 said) if you go to a weeknite game in Grundy most time it is loud because the student section is so close to the court, the only 2 games it wasant the whole year was twin valley because are princable wouldnt let us do anything or the carrol co. game cause no one was there. I still think Richlands has the best but tomar nite will be the first time i have been at a Abington home game and by the way Grundy is bringing some of the loyal fans on the road from what i have herd.

THE DAM IS READY TO ROCK! I honestly loved the dam and its fans. Those who were by my side know this. Some of the greatest memories were made from getting on the front page of the paper, to getting in some fights (with ppl from Blu) and arguing with cheerleaders. Not to mention painting faces, wearing wigs, and a beavertail. lol The gene simmons was a nice paint job too.

The Dam was a scary place the last two years, and it saddens me that it has died...

I hear ya man. I miss those times sitting in the front with you and Dobbins. Those were the best memories of my high school days and I miss them a lot.

The student section, if you want to call it that, has no heart this year. I believe last year's Magnolia game was the last time the Dam will ever rock like it is supposed to.

Hitting 2 cheerleaders with a basketball was the highlight of my career at BHS. I've never saw it done before until I did it

probably the best thing last year was when Cory Warner caught a lose ball that traveled into the stands. The ref came over to get the ball and Cory, being Cory, decided to not hand him the ball, but rather shoot it.

He was escorted out and not allowed to the next home game. Idk if I have ever laughed so hard at a basketball game.

Its to say about Grundy. Not TV. Grundy is the most up and down team ive ever seen. They play good one night and horrible the next.

And I have found the loudest crowd in this area. Haysi. Lmao. There students only stood up once. And they did not make a cheer at all. Me and my sister were the only students from Richlands there other than the girls team and cheerleaders and we could have made more noise. lol
