In the game it's the cold war era, you know this because of certain missions you do. Then on the online game play they have guns, perks and everything that wouldn't even be possible back then. Like the remote control car that explodes, some of the guns weren't around back in the 60's and 70's I'm sure. I'm not a fan of how they are meshing two genres (modern warfare/ cold war) together. No, according to the game rating...But it seems like most parents don't even care about the rating or the violence in video games today. TV tries to blame violence in video games to real life violence, but I'm not a follower. Thanks for the info, over here on the ps3 side, game freezes, laggy as piss, hit detection sucks, it goes on and on.... I love my ps3 and I love this game (all of the COD'S)...
