I just got home from a Masonic event and see that Uncle Silas has been posting in my name.He is 85 and uses my computer on occasion.I wiil be sure he cannot do so in the future.He does have a Mason Jar. Bet it does not happen. That is the difference in Abingdon and all of the good programs. No one gives money unless their kid is involved and that turns into a pay to play. Please come together as a community. This is sad to watch. People need to man up financially and help these kids. Flood the office with calls of I have$25 or $500 to spend and we want to help these kids. That is calling out a lot of businesses and Churches..... Maybe things will get better as far has people helping the boosters if the winning continues. Football can be a huge benefit financially for the community but maybe Abingdon doesn't need it. Parents and people in the community expect that things are being done correctly at the school board and board of supervisors. Washington county is a joke. PH, Battle, Holston, and Abingdon have been under a piece of sh17 superintendent for years. This the decline of athletics In the county. From good sources I have heard he would be in Richmond wanting all athletics to be inter mural and that he was an educated rather than an entertainer. No one knew what a low life piece of sh1t he was. They were hiring bad coaches on purpose. A few snuck in Palmer, wright, Matlock... New super seems to get it. Wish him well. BlueRazor 1,147 Report Share Posted November 11, 2014 That's right Tiger! He has posted enough to where we get it now. Mountain Man is a really intense guy and very passionate about his Falcons. Now that I can relate too and I know from Friday Night you and your gang are very passionate in a good way. I loved watching the game with fans that never sat down the whole game! I miss that at Richlands. Our Blue Neck Nation has never let up and they are amazing but some of that passion has dwindled a little. We can get very loud and into it when we need to though.
