Season finale of ATW this week, here are some of our season ending awards, just curious what some of you have to say.

Game of the year. Princeton vs Bridgeport. I like offense.

Worst game of the year. Princeton vs Bridgeport. I like defense also.

Nickname of the year-Giles County High Grinches

Best unis- Patrick Henry GS

Best stadium- Riggs Stadium, Appalachia, VA

Best Home Field Advantage- Radford and Galax, because visitors have nowhere to set 

Can't catch a break- Richlands and anyteam in a close game with Narrows

Best Helmet- Fort Chiswell

POY on SWVA. Radfords L.Clark has to be the guy. Clements was injured some which hurt his numbers and Union's Chandler is just a sophomore. Clark has put up video game stats and defensively, he's a first team All stater.

Most underrated player. The offensive lineman from Patrick Henry. When all is said and done, he will play college ball at a higher level than Chandler, Clark, Clements and the rest. He's that good offensively on the line. Major FBS P5 player.

1. Game of the year  -Graham/Union hands down

2. Play of the year-Clements first TD run against Union   Union fans had an OH SH** moment when he broke loose

3. Best Uniforms- My fav color is green, ill go with Tazewell

4. Best Stadium  -Mitchell  Lights are cool !-

5. Best home field advantage-  toss up again Graham is what 35-1 at home, Union just feels like enemy territory

6. Best concession stand and why? -dont eat at concessions, last time not enough toilet paper in the place

7. Nickname of The Year -Ill go with  Giles Grinches because i don't know any other

8. Can't catch a break (bad luck program) -Richlands Who else?

9. Best Helmet -Ft Chiswell 

10. POY in SWVA  -Clements/ Clark outcome should decide this as well as Virginia POY

1. Game of the year     Twin Valleys first win.  Kudos to Crigger and crew on that after having to shut down last year

2. Play of the year         Narrows Hail Mary

3. Best Uniforms          I am biased for the Cove

4. Best Stadium          Its too big for HS ball but Mitchell still is the best

5. Best home field advantage       The atmosphere at the Cove is solid right now.

6. Best concession stand and why?   Didnt get to sample anyone but Twin Springs but their fudge sampler hit the sweet tooth spot.

7. Nickname of The Year          Cheaters.  Said by so many losers.

8. Can't catch a break (bad luck program)            Richlands.  Had a shot to beat Tazewell for their only win of the year and lightning....

9. Best Helmet      Gate City

10. POY in SWVA       Aiden Lowe    Gets it done on both sides of the ball.

4. Mitchell, but best built for high school stadium is Galax.

5. Grayson County. They’re loud the whole way through whether they’re directing positivity or negativity towards their team.

8. Auburn. Talent all over the place, and very little of it plays football.

9. Best Helmet-Hurley, 'cause they don't give two sh!ts about your feelings

2. Play of the year: Colton Coomes interception in the end zone to seal a 17-14 win for Galax over George Wythe

3. Best Uniforms: Giles 

4. Best Stadium: Grayson County. If they can't beat you on the plastic grass, they will fight you at the Food City. 

5. Best home field advantage: Galax at Pendleton Field

6. Best concession stand and why: Anywhere but Galax

7. Nickname of The Year: Giles County Dirty Dancers

8. Can't catch a break (bad luck program): Auburn, best athletes in Class 1 but can't manage to field a football team.

9. Best Helmet: Giles
