  1. Here's what you do,and it's controversial. Win the semis then immediately after post on social media that you will not be playing in the title game due to protest. Post it to your opponent's sites as well. Don't spend your money on those tickets, those hotels, gas stations and eating establishments. Not only does Richmond and the VH$L lose a buttload of your money, they also lose the JM money as the gym is empty. The only way to fight the VH$L is to hit them directly in their fat wallets.Until this is done, they'll be no changes or notice taken.

  2. Thanks couldn’t remember where it was. I know they probably won’t, but this would fix some of the issues with competition in the VHSL. It’s not a complete fix but a good start.

I could always throw an "off-speed" ball. It was every other pitch I couldn't master.

  4. The criteria around Liberty Christian Academy's play within the confines of the VHSL system should also apply to JM.

  6. I can't speak to the entire roster but I know for a fact Dennis Parker Jr. lives in the Jacobs Road area of Chesterfield, which is the opposite side of the city from John Marshall and not even in Richmond proper. Look up the difference in location of John Marshall High and Jacobs Road Elementary School on Google Maps. Parker currently has offers from LSU, NC State, Kansas, Ole Miss, Penn State, Rutgers, VCU, and Xavier. Steve Stinson attended Trinity Episcopal prior to this season. Trinity is located near Midlothian and not remotely close to the John Marshall school district. Stinson currently has offers from Robert Morris, ETSU, Ohio, VT, and VCU. Those are the two most difficult to hide based on their recruiting stature.

  7. If Radford had an open enrollment and a nationally recognized AAU program (say it was called Team New River Valley) and this team had the best players from Carroll County, Pulaski, Blacksburg, Christiansburg. Etc ... ... then a few of them move into the Radford area to go to school I’m sure Cormany would in all accounts be accused of recruiting the best players to come to Radford because the area and the school is Class 2 size yet they are producing college players every single year with lineups that go 6’3 to 6’8 and the majority of them played for their AAU team. Maybe that’s what needs to happen. Since John Marshall has set the precedent. Every school needs to have an open enrollment. Doesn’t matter where you live. Go to where you want to play ball. Schools out of the Roanoke, Bristol, Lynchburg, Harrisonburg, the beach.... just load up. Do your best LeBron and make the best super team in the history of Virginia high school sports. John Marshall does it. What’s good for Richmond is good for the rest of the state. If the VHSL says anything just point east and say, “My dawg Ty White said it be ok.”
