Graham has not seen anyone with any talent close to what Bluefield had since they played Bluefield. Goochland is close. Goochland has a rookie coach but the old one that led them to so much success is now the AD and still around to help. Graham 28-27.

I don't think you can unless you want to miss a lot of school. I would suggest one of the games at Salem and one at Vinton at William Byrd.

The Graham - Beaver game is an event. It is more than a game. It has evolved into a sort of homecoming in the truest sense of the word for both schools.

Didn't work. They ended up having to play at Bluefield anyway.

Princeton actually did put a helicopter on their field once to dry it off.

If Bluefield plays pass defense they can win. If not, they lose. Must get pressure on the passer. QB for Fairmont is very good and will play at the next level.

Tazewell has 2 more years on the contract with Bluefield. I believe it was a 4 year deal.

I would say right now it is. Seeing how one team is in the finals and the other the semi finals. Although there is a lot of Chilhowie and Galax talk to as there should be.

Could play two games at Christiansburg on Saturday.

Why does it surprise anyone that Richlands is having success? Look at their losses. 1) Early season loss to Union at home by two TD's but if I remember this game was pretty close until late. 2) Blacksburg away. This one was crazy because I think Richlands came back strong in the 2nd Q. Got blown out by a D4 team in the 2nd half that could win the states. 3) Bluefield at Home. Played with them for 1 quarter until Bluefield blew them out in the 2nd quarter on big plays. 4) Graham away. They got embarrassed in this game for sure. They showed heart at Va High and William Byrd. I still think Graham blows them out but it is because Graham is just a lot better not because I think poorly of Richlands.

So Graham and Richlands could play Friday at 7??? since the Bluefield game is at 1:30

I went and watched the first game and in all honesty I didn't see anything that makes me think the result will be any different. I actually was surprised that Patrick Henry was as good as they were but Chilhowie is still much the better team.

It all depends on when Bridgeport elects to play. This weekend they have 4 choices since it is Thanksgiving, Friday at 1:30 or 7:30 and Saturday at 1:30 or 7:30. Last year they elected Friday at 7:30. I think it would be really cool to play a double header since I have to do the P.A. for both games.
