For the Bears, the difference after the interception was the offensive line with the 99 yard drive. The Bears will have to play better to beat the G-men again in the rematch, especially with a healthy Clements and improved QB play.
Yeah, I still favor Union in that one, because of the better line play, we will see if Graham has improved enough, Obviously having Clements healthy will help. Good luck to both.
Big shout out to Union and their fans for the great atmosphere and the sportsmanlike behavior from players and fans. Very good venue, nice crowd and respectful fans. Great programs do it the right way, I commend Union and their team.
No trash talking coaches or trash talking players and fans, just good football. It is appreciated, we don't always get that treatment when we play away.
Just curious, aside from RV and SH, Union has scored on everyone. 27+ against everyone but those two and RV was anomaly. I worry more about having to play from behind.
If Radford has a weakness, I think it's the D-Line. If a team can control possession against them, they have a chance.
Douche? Lol. You're the one getting worked up over a high school football team. The op (original post that I quoted) said that PC was giving up 40+ a game, that's fair, because they did. My point is, that week in and week out Graham and Union ( who are the class of the swva) don't play the schedule that PC does. You can say all you want about the bottom half of PC's district but those guys play a different level of football. That's why there are 6 classes you douche. If there wasn't this discussion board wouldn't exist.
And I feel confident in writing that if Pulaski were in Graham or Unions districts, they wouldn't win either because...Graham and Union are in those districts
One thing to keep in mind. You don't get near as many holding or unsportsmanlike penalties when you're winning by 40 points. Graham hasn't had much competition since Pulaski.
Union and Graham are very similar with the penalties and tight games usually bring them out.
Pulaski wasn't much competition. A team that gives up 40 + a game is not good competition. Union is the best team by far that Graham had played all season
