Stinespring is a good position coach. I guess some of you are too young to remember but he was very highly regarded when he was just the offensive line coach.

Better for opponents maybe. You made the comment that Loeffler had success at Temple with someone else's leftovers.... But the same can be said about his lack of success at Auburn. As for Stinespring's numbers... he's had more talent than any OC in Tech history. We will see how Loeffler's numbers look in a few years with similar talent.

He'll sign somewhere for a big contract. Scott Boras knows exactly what he's doing. In the end some team will think they're getting a deal when in reality they're paying what Boras wanted all along.

I never been one to use a single season as a gauge. I've looked at his coaching history. I've watched video of him talking about his offensive philosophy. And I've read glowing reviews from people who have coached with and played for him. I think if he's left alone to run the offense (and I believe he will be) then he will excel.

Less than zero. Not even a consideration. Better chance they will trade for Justin Upton. If not then they will go to spring training with what they have.

They just replaced the worst OC in the history of football... How can that not be an improvement? Of the names mentioned (after Hamilton said no) Loeffler is the one I wanted.

Well like it or not they just hired Loeffler. I think he's a great hire.

In my opinion Bonds and Clemens should be in. Sosa and McGwire should not. They all cheated, and cheating is wrong, but in the case of Bonds and Clemens they were headed to the HOF long before they used PED's. Sosa and McGwire on the other hand wouldn't (IMO) have the numbers they have without PED's so they shouldn't get in. The fact that these players cheated should not be a factor in whether or not the belong in the HOF. The question should be whether or not they would have HOF numbers had the not cheated... Bonds and Clemens would. Sosa and McGwire would not. I'm not saying it's okay to cheat. It isn't. But baseball players have been cheating for as long as there has been baseball and the HOF is already full of guys who cheated.

This is the busiest December I've ever had. Making an effort to shoot as many games and teams as possible. There are many more on my website. I've shot about two dozen local teams.

I used to but it's been years. Upper Deck ruined it for me when they created "super premium" and cards became $5 per pack. I miss they days when you got 15 cheap pieces of cardboard and a stick of gum for 35 cents. One day I will go back and build Topps sets from '89 and older but nothing from '90 to present interests me at all.

State is the Super Bowl for high school football. Making the trip to Salem, Lynchburg, or Charlottesville and playing in a nice stadium is part of the experience.
