that doesnt matter.. its part of lining up.. u need 7 lineman on the field but if theyre covered up they cant go down field on a pass completed past the line of scrimmage.. its an unbalanced line and he was covered up (like #88)... the far reciever needed to step on the line and the close reciever shouldve stepped off the line to make that play legal (basically switch on/off line)..

looks like an unbalanced line.. if the WR wasnt on the line you wouldve had illegal formation.. looks like he covered him to me..

actually it could be true.. if they didnt see it cross the plane then how could they say he didnt lose possession before reaching the goal line.. so if someone from graham came up with it then it could be their ball in the endzone.. in those piles there are no rules haha.. also if the umpire was in a better position then he couldve saw it break the plane..

HS basketball is the worst officiated sport for HS as a whole.. The only way to change it is for younger people to get into it who have been involved in basketball in their life.. They need to get into the rules clinic, study the rules, take the test and take it seriously.. The problem with all sports is older people that ''know'' the rules and dont look at the rules book anymore.. Dont look for VHSL to make a move on this, they'll say something but there is only so much they can do.

I know some places try and buy as many new helmets as they can and just use the older ones for the rest.. I guess some coaches get what they can and hand them out.. The revolution helmets are supposed to absorb the impact better than the older ones..
