Twin Springs chose to play on Saturday. Rye Cove is hosting Friday night. That game will not be moved.

My guess is they are putting it where land is accessible and where its convenient to as much of the county population as possible. Thats just a guess as I dont know Buchanon County that well. That being said there are kids who ride the bus for an hour and a half going to Rye Cove and its 68 years old for the current school building. Why is it where its at? Its where the land was already owned by the school system and the largest part of the population was at the time. In hindsight moving it to Duffield would have been much better for drive time for what became the school enrollment.

Theres one SWD coach I wonder if he would be interested currently.

Their line is a weak spot which speaks well of Huff to have gotten 1000 yards this year I would think.

Then Lee would have zero inside run game threat and almost no receiving threat other than out of the backfield.

Considering what Grundy once held in school enrollment Im not sure they they couldnt just move all of them to Grundy until the new facility is built. -Well other than people being hardheaded.

Buchanon County has had an opportunity to consolidate and build a new school for sometime but hasn’t dotted all the Is and crossed all the Ts it seems. ‘Mainly from people in the county who want to stop it it seems but obviously it is needed for the county as enrollment continues to dwindle.

Scott County getting football three days in a row. Hoping fans turn out for all 3 teams in the county this week with GC hosting Thursday, RC hosting Friday and TS hosting Saturday.

What was the tiebreaker for TS/PH? I couldn’t remember the steps it goes through.

Its been Criggers running joke with Union for years. If anyone took it seriously they havent watched the show before.

Im referring to last year in the preseason practices.

I’m sure Union would have loved to have had Sykes still in the wings. That being said my source said last year Sykes had a bigger arm but wasn’t more accurate than Anderson and Anderson is a lot more dynamic with the ball so it was a no brainer last year.

I can understand why some do, but they really shouldn't be. Anderson today is just as good of a passer as Sykes, possibly better and is a lot more dynamic with the ball in his hands. DB is 6A but DB isnt some top tier football program. They are basically irrelevant in NET if not for their enrollment.

And from what my dad says in playing against him its hard to tell what Marsee's record would have been if there had been a 3 point line. Marsee was 6-4 but played G and hitting shots just inside halfcourt was nothing for him.

I hope for East Monts SRs this wasnt their last home game. Nice move for TV though.

Basically if TS wins they are the 2 seed. If they lose they are the 4 seed.

Twin Springs boys won’t be anywhere near 5th in the district either.

I believe Rye Cove has it on their schedule also.
