I would love to know where they spent that $1.81 million for parks and rec...it sure wasn't at the City Park facility that includes the park, the trails, Bowen Field, the tennis courts, and Mitchell Stadium.  I wonder how much went into Charles Ridelhuber's pockets...

Or to a bunch of pockets (i.e. pensions)

No thank you, being right satisfies my hunger enough.

Chilhowie has still had a whale of a year, and should be in position to contend for a few years to come (along with Galax).  This just wasn’t their year to win the title, despite all the blind, unfounded optimism on the board to the contrary.

I would have thought you'd be constipated with as much sunshine you blow up your own arse......

I don't have anyone in particular in mind to be honest was just sharing my thoughts no need to use all CAPS. I never said I was "unhappy" . Graham has had a good season, shown great improvement since the Bluefield game but still has some weaknesses.  Hopefully, crowned Region Champs. If they end up playing Union, could be their toughest game so far.

Just about every team has weaknesses out there. That's what coaching at this time of year is about, finding them in the other team and showing them to your team to exploit them. Just because you didn't see adjustments for the Richlands game doesn't mean they need another coach in there somewhere. Graham has a great team of players and coaches and they'll do just fine.

Any Bluefield fans out there that have an opinion on this one?

I think Graham has more overall talent and Cooke sould be a game changer for Graham.  Richlands has a strong line and ran their slant plays pretty well when I saw them.  Better than anyone else has against Bluefield.  Graham needs their linebackers to play well underneath to contain that and they should be ok.

I still believe that the Graham QB is more athletic and will make more plays than the Richlands QB.  QB play coupled with Cooke should be the formula that Graham needs to win by two TDs.

Still, with heated rivals so many different things can happen.  Richlands has a lot of pride and they never quit while Graham will play with confidence and a chip on their shoulder.

  5. It was a great win for Bluefield no doubt. They seem to be getting better each week and at the right time. If they can keep healthy and focused for these next three games they'll be in prime position to make a championship run. The line play has been better than I've seen in the last several years. Cooper is doing a pretty good job of managing the games.

Bluefield can't throw the ball that's true. Richlands had a hard time throwing & rushing tonight.

Cooper looks pretty good throwing downfield.  Mookie dropped one that hit his hands would have been a TD and the other one that went to Mookie he caught in the third quarter for a 51 yard TD.  Both throws were very good and right where they needed to be.

I'd have a lot more respect for Bluefield's fans if they just owned it.  "Yeah, Freddy really didn't need to score 86 on Wyoming East, or hang 70 in a state title game, or throw a last second TD pass on Graham to hang 76 on them and set an all-time scoring record against them."  The complete inability for Bluefield's fans to achknowledge this decades-long "tradition" is just bizarre.

There's a typical "looking down over their nose" response just because they don't like someone and everyone else's shit stinks but their own.  They'll take just a couple of examples of something they want to see a certain way and use it to paint a picture of a "practice" that gone on for decades.  It's not surprising coming from you where you've been proven wrong so many times over the years around here that you've become more irrelevant than Lindsay Lohan.

If you truly are an attorney I would expect some more facts rather than just throwing out "Freddy likes the RUTS" if you really want to be taken seriously.

Bluefield fans don't need to own something that isn't true just to gain your respect there, Smooth Jimmy Apollo.  You don't really matter to us anyway and we're just fine without your so called "respect."
