First game was 10-0 Grundy and the Second game was 4-1 Grundy. John Kelly hit a homer in the first game and also threw a no hitter. Cody Justus pitched the 2nd game for Grundy and picked up the win. Grundy's next game is Thursday at Council.

How is he playin baseball and soccer? What practice does he go too?

4-2 goin into the bottom 5th (Votto and Rolen both go yard)...Harang would have got out of a jam in that last inning but a error on Votto when Harang threwback to him to check on the runner. Harang is done, went 5 innings 3 earned runs (maybe could have been just 2 if Rolen wouldnt have cut that ball off.) Could have been a better start for Harang but it could been worse.

Huge Reds fan, harang had a good first 3 innings just given one hit (the solo homer)...starting to get hit around now, Reds don't have much offense and Carptners is one of the best in the NL...not a good recipe

I have been rooting for WVU the whole tourny because one I had them winning it all and two im a big Cincinnati Bearcat basketball fan and I love Bob Huggins, I still hate that we made him leave...he turned our program around and made K-State what they are. I wish him and WVU the best.

I agree to that, you come look at Grundy and Grahams equipment to use to practice in and then you go look at Tazewell and Abington and Richlands you tell me who has the advantage.

I dont care if they played SWD teams in there non-conference...you have 10 wins in ACC play you should be in, bottom line.

I don't think they would do that well. Hurley lost too Appy in the Regional Semis and Appy lost in the finals to Castlewood. Yes Grundy did beat Hurley the first time they played them at home but one of Hurleys "big three" (Tyler C.) couldn't play after the 1st quarter (we end up winning in OT.) We played at Hurley and all of the "big three" played the whole game...Wave lost by 15 or 20. I think in Single A, basketball would be the only sport that wouldn't be much of a difference in the win/loss column..at least this season. I think football Grundy would have won district this year and in baseball Grundy would at least finish 2nd this year, and give honakor alot of competiton. Theres a baseball tourny this year at Haysi which them and Grundy and Honakor and whole lot more Single A teams will play in, be intrested in how the Wave does in it.
