Gavan Meade and Robbie Mullins and Dylan Dahley from Clintwood ...Tanner Crowder from Burton ..Cody Rodgers from Battle..Ethan Richardson from Marion...What about your thoughts? Bowen was the 1st back we have had that we could give the ball to between the tackles over and over and over in years. Mullins was a solid player last year as a Jr and comming into this season was the only WR with any real experience, he had a great season(caught a TD pass against Clintwoods 1st string, how many players can say that this season?). litltiger 17 Report Share Posted November 20, 2012 kickers normally dont get lots of credit unless they kick the winning field goal or extra point,but makenzie phillips has brought something to honaker that they normally in yrs past have not had.point after,field goals,and deep kickoffs.yrs past honaker give up good field position from the kick off.he has made the opposing team earn that extra 20 or 30 yards.he missed a few games due to injury. Lance 228 Report Share Posted November 20, 2012 Nick Travis at Grundy...went over 1000 yards this year and pretty much carried them in to the playoffs somehow scoring 5 TD's against Mt View. Wayne Mutter didn't get as many chances at FG's this year due to Grundy playing from behind and needing TD's to get back in the game...but, he's one of, if not the, best kickers in this area...kid can kick and punt with the best of them. vols4life 57 Report Share Posted November 22, 2012 if holstons guy would have alil better protection,hes the real deal..also the boy from giles could boom it..but will miss seein that break away speed from ethan..man,this season is gone.this will probably be my last game of the year..back to boring fridays and it down right sucks..the vols are awful so my only hope is the niners make it to the playoffs..
