Richlands coach needs to keep control of players during the game

I am real good friends with the Red team head coach and I have been to a couple of there games and it is only one team. They go around playing local high schools like Graham, Tazewell, and Twin Valley. They do play in some over the weekend tournaments but they mostly just play high schools. There is only 3 teams JV Red and Gold.

There is only 3 teams at Oak Hill. The 3rd team is the JV team. They consist of att 9th and 10th graders. The Red team is the actual high school varsity team. They are the 11th and 12th graders. Then there is the Gold team who are the players who try out for the team. They are not recruited they call the school to set up try outs. Red team is good this year but they have their years where they are not that good.

I never said it wasn't a good pickup for UNC I just said he won't be the guy who brings them a title. He's not that type of player. The 2010 class is a very weak recruiting class. There are no John Walls or Brandon Jennings. All the players in the top 10 are about the same in skill levels. He is good but in any other year he would be top 20.

Harrison Barnes is a good player but he is not the guy who is going to win UNC another title.

I think that we are living in a messed up world when killing dogs will get you more time in jail than killing a person. I love dogs and I think Vick deserved to get the time that he got, but now a days you would be better off killing a person than an animal. I think people are putting more emphasis on animals than people, and that is just messed up.

Izzo wanted to go before they hired Gillespie 2 years ago, but Kentucky said they wanted someone younger. If he doesnt I think that it will be Xaviers coach.

Tom Izzo from Michigan State could be the next coach at Kentucky.

Walker was def. no help. The team is a thousand times better off without him. He killed them. Tazewell should be good in a couple years, they just need to keep their heads up and keep playing

He wouldnt have helped them much, they are better off.. I think that it will help tazewell in the long run because they will have more experience and they can always bring up more jv players next year

Im sure that after Richlands gets turf that will find something wrong with it and comlain about it

I think its funny that these kids all win while they are in JV under Jodi Fuller and once they come up to varsity they go 1-4 and lose. I think that right there should show who is a good coach and who is not.

Why in the record book does it have 2 for AA then?

Your right they are Div 3 state champs. And the last time I checked division 4 was still AA. So thats two AA teams that were state champs so that makes 2 AA State Champs. Theres not just one AA state champion. Richlands was a good football team. They played good all year, but got lucky in the Championship game. 3 times straight they failed to convert in the red zone. The game shouldnt be even close. They didnt play the way that they have been playin, but they would have lost in Div 4 probably in the State Semi's or even Regional Champs.

I think that it would have been a different story if Rockbridge had a somewhat good kicker. I watched the Amherst/Louisa game afterwards and both teams would have beaten Richlands by two touchdowns. I think that they should play one more game between Amherst and Richlands so there could be a true state champion, because now there turely isnt one.

Richlands would have lost if it havent had been for Fuller . The rest of the offense and the CB on defense choked hugely. Fuller and the defense, other than the CB's, carried richlands and won it for them

Tazewell will win easily because Graham is not a really good football team

Who was the guy who moved out of the way of tazewells #11 when he scored? He could have easily tackled him on the five but just steped out of his way.

If Tazewell has there two players back then they will beat graham. They would have beat carroll if they havent lost their rb or qb.

watched Graham/Bluefield, richlands/grundy tazewell/carroll county. I have watched every SWD team this year, and none can compare to the way Richlands play. They click. They can beat you in everyway. So i guess i can watch both teams or better yet all five teams.
