ervinton has some talent just not enough of it and some poor coaching (nothin against the guy) good luck next year

haysi mixes in the spread quite a bit what I dont understand is why teams that run the spread dont run a lot of option out of it

not to mention grundy would make it a three team race for the district title it seems that Vhigh and Lee are moving down I am assuming that the southwest and highlands are going to form a new district will they keep one of the current names or come up with a new one? the AA district should be the Southwest and the new A district the highlands I dont know very much about battle(I know their football team sucks) and only know about V high lee and lebanon in football how good are they in other sports

I dont want grundy in the bdd to beat up on I want them in because they are located in the middle of the district, according to size they are a single A school and all of their sports programs (boys and girls) would be welcome additions to the District also giving us six teams

sounds good to me balanced districts, new opponents in the region, the bdd gets another football member(even if it is ervinton), haysi clintwood and honaker will move down to Div 1, I like it. Also I would like to see grundy drop to single A and join the BDD

ok nobody get mad im not trying to trash the guy but I dont think he is D1 material (at least not on the high level) lets compare him to justin hamilton from clintwood great junior seasons where they played on great teams senior year JH had nothing arround him and he carried that team in college he has been a flop just not good enough to play at tech marcum was hurt this past season but did nothing I think he could play at a mid major college and be very productive but at a big school his competition is bigger stronger and faster not to mention more talented he could play special teams (like hamilton and by his senior season be average) I hope im wrong but thats ho I see it

5A system with set numbers to who can play in what group and no one allowed to play up or down a lot of other states with big gaps in enrollment numbers have this system

looked pretty good to me they dominated our d line and our d line pretty much laid it to everyone

council is not the team they were but still good enough to beat grundy

ok to add alittle BDD flavor haysi will be solid as always honaker should be very good hurley and TV well not so good hurley a little worse and TV a little better

glad to hear giles won they were a very good team I was really impressed with their O line

if haysi will just pick up one or two descent teams I will be happy betsy lane should go bluefield would be nice the tigers might get killed but it would be a change

I dont think it was we couldnt figure it out as much as we did nothing on offence and it was on the field all day

haysi is nothing special we arent real big were not real fast those boys play with heart emotion and grit and just go out there and get it done and with community and fan support like I have never seen before the tigers stand a very good chance of winning

I dont know about everyone else but as far as im concerned we dont get any coverage and could care less

big strong O-line powerful FBs quick RBs solid recievers and a QB that does everything well quick strong D-line small LBs but they are active and love to hit and a solid secondary(which until the PV game was our weekness but now im not so sure) sounds like a defensive struggle I love it GO TIGERS!!!

im from haysi and hhstigerfan has it right its a lot faster than going through grundy the milage is about right too its probally 45 mins or so the Elem school is on the left across the river and the field is right there once you are past honaker the first tiger paws you run into are ours just follow them good luck getting here

I think it is stupid when people dont pull for teams from their own region if PV had won I would be pulling for them haysi giles should be a great game the single wing intrests me but it sounds easy to stop penetration will kill an offence no matter how great it is just ask anyone from PV(im not running my mouth but your alls line had major trouble blockin our Dline/linebackers and we didnt do anything fancy). Other than the RB what does Giles have(again not running my mouth just an honest question)?

on the LPD forum they are talking about the haysi giles game being moved possibly to clintwood due to either field conditions which I doubt(the field is lacking a little grass in the middle but the dirt is packed good and seemed to give good footing) or somthing about seating capacity does anybody know if a stadium has to seat a certain number of people to host a state semi game the seating capacity is pretty good

haysi has not seen a team like pv but they have not seen a team like us as far as who starts both ways 4 are full time starters but there are a couple of others who will see time just depends on what formation we are in

only one way a field looks that good this time of year performance inhancing drugs

orange came out flat I sat down on the end they warmed up on and the recivers might have caught 3 passes over 10 or so yards right then we knew it was going to be a good day for red cause you cant run on haysi and if you cant catch well its going to be bad also I hope some orange fans make the trip back down to sandlick for the PV game

im an idiot but that is putting one person above the team which I dont like but I can see why

appy JIB should be a great game if it happens at all upsets do happen but if it happens I think appy will JIBs O and D lines got dominated by GC I know appy is not GC but same style and the raiders weakness has always been toughness and their line but thats a week from now mabey
