yes and CC should have had at least 2 more TD also (INT at richlands 20 and 40 yards of penalties against CC on the first 5 plays when CC was ripping of 20 yards a play so it works both ways buddy) so that would have made the score according to you 30 to 27 still a close game the better team won point blank. do not use the refs as an excuse cause CC played their hearts out and gave richland all they could handle. but let me guess all 13 penalties on CC where good calls and the 16 on richlands where just to keep poor little CC from getting killed

no it is a joke when good teams with one loss gets left out of the playoffs when a 5-5 team gets in cause they play the worst district in the state that is why they went to this it is worth a hundred sub 500 teams getting in as long as a 9-1 or 8-2 team makes it. i know this is not the case in region IV but look back at the past in division 2 region c when every year a 9-1 or 8-2 team was left out of the playoffs cause grayson would win the MED with a 5-5 or 4-6 record

lets look at the flags last night tazewell 3 personal fouls 45 yds 1 holding 10 yds 1 block in the back 3 yds 1 lineman down field 5 yds 3 def offsides 15 yds 1 pass interfernce 15 yds 1 12 men on the field 15 yds total 11/ 108 CC 2 personal fouls 30 yds 1 holding 10 yds 1 blocking below the waist 15 yds 1 lineman down field 5 yds 5/50 the only calls that went against tazwell that CC didnt not get called were the 3 def offsides pass interfernce and 12 men on the field and those are not calls that are for judgement cause everyone in the stadium can see and the pass interference was not even close the saftey left his feet and leveled the reciever 20 yds down the field when the ball had just passed the los. plus CC had touchdown runs of 50 and 40 called back on flags so lets not act like tazewell got screwed and most of all lets not forget we are using the officals that ALL THE SWD WANTED US TO USE THEY ARE YOUR OFFICALS.

it was a very good game carroll county was down 10-7 with 6 mins left in the game. cburg scored on long td run to go up 16-7 then scored again with 1 min left to make it 23 -7. CC is going to give some trouble to most of the teams in the swd with a new def and a new passing attack.

congrats great QB. However why do people want to say kids "SIGN" with division III schools? They are getting no money from the football program nor if they don't go to that school they can still play football anywhere else they want to. There is no legal binding contract like when a player signs a letter of intent to play football and receives money to do so. I am not knocking division III football cause it is great. And by NO MEANS is it a knock on Joel or anyone who plays Division III cause they do it for free which means they love football. It just think it takes way from kids who really sign to play Division 1,1AA, & division II

1st off ghs61 one i was at your scrimmage with bassett and you guys didnt do jack against them either besides for 1st play of the scrimmage so dont be talking about speed kills carrolls offense 2nd off tazewell is a very good team but carroll county is a good team to cuase i will tell you this every team in the swd would be o-2 if they played the same teams we did the 1st week of the season and no team and i mean no team in the SWD not even bassett has the team speed of patrick co. the game between carroll and tazewell will be a close game it always is

PATRICK CO by at least 28 could be a high scoring game if Floyd can throw the ball against Patrick cause floyd will not stop Harris for less thne 200 yards

carroll's 1st off vs RR 1st def went two series of ten plays. both times cc drove from 20 to rr 20 but ran out of plays. RR 1st off vs cc 1st def went two series of 10 plays. 1st drive they went from 20 to the 50 2nd series from 20 to cc 30. 2nd team cc scored two touchdown to RR 0. then they went to 1st-10 game sistutions each team go 4 off series carroll won 1 td to 0. cc jv scored 1 td vs rr jv

where did you get that carroll has 8 returning starters from last years team. carroll has 3 returning starter from last years team on offense but 2 of them are starting at different positons so really only 1 at the same position that they started last year and that is the QB. and they are returning 3 starters on defense but they are running a totally new defense so really o starters from last year but carroll will get it back together. and i hate to tell you there is no one on carroll's schedule that would get with in 14 points of bassett. and that is the bottom line

i agree grahams first touchdown they didnt call the block in the back that allowwed the reciver to score so there is one less touchdown for graham then once again they didnt call a hold when the player from graham raped the player from carroll on grahams last touchdown so there is another touchdown graham should have not had so yea with out bad officating carroll would have won... they only threw what to penalties on graham all night and they where both personal fouls.. and graham twice jumped into the nutrul zone and it was called.. again why is a fan from graham complaining. the calls all went in your favor

also i hate to see the end of this seris i know carroll liked to play floyd and it was always a good gate. but what i am hearing is that carroll is droping floyd to pick up another AA school i have heard pulaski but not for sure but they say they will never make the playoffs if they keep playing single A schools because of salem and pulaski coming into the region next year

it should be a good match up between both teams. carroll is very good up front.. In both scrimmages the o line and d line have been very dominate. carroll's secondary is young but very fast they have been making alot of mistakes. it looks to me that they have 3 good backs to run the ball. i know floyd is usually very well coached and they have the running back from last year back and he ran all over carroll last year. i think the difference will be carroll's o line and d line and they should win but it will be close and if carroll dosent get the fumbles under control floyd will win

carroll 48 galax 0..... it was only 14-0 midway through the 3rd carroll was getting 7 to 12 yards every play. carroll only had one or two plays that they didn't get at least 5 yards except on incomplete passes, but carroll fumbled three times in inside galaxs 15 and had a tuchdown called back for holding all in the 1st half. they looked sharp aganist the run. galax had only two runs over 5 yards but carroll did struggle in coverage at times. they got along way to go before floyd

carroll's 1st team defeated rural retreat 5 td to 1, carroll looked very physical and fast. rural retreat scored on the 3rd or 4th play of the scrimmage after that carroll's 1st team was very dominate on both sides of the ball
