rhsfan88 22 Report Share Posted March 4, 2005 Cain has made a verbal commitment to walk-on at the University of Virginia. A couple more things need to be done to get everything finalized and he should be able to sign at the beginning of April. Big Congrats to him. BigD4VT 11 Report Share Posted March 4, 2005 Outstanding!!! I'd rather see him in Chicago Maroon and Burnt Orange but there's nothing wrong with an education from Mr. Jefferson's University.
BigBlue02 11 Report Share Posted March 4, 2005 you going anywhere yet Biscuit? UVA? I'm disappointed in the poor boy he should have went to VT.

bluefieldRocks 14 Report Share Posted March 4, 2005 I'm sure most of yall would prefer to see him in a Virginia Cavaliers uniform than a West Virginia one..lol
Guest BB_TWEEDER Report Share Posted March 4, 2005 I know this is off topic, but Dillion Reece from Grundy is at Tech, but is he playing up there or just a student?

Lance 228 Report Share Posted March 4, 2005 [ QUOTE ] I know this is off topic, but Dillion Reece from Grundy is at Tech, but is he playing up there or just a student? [/ QUOTE ] I'm not even sure he is still at Tech...he was a walk on and was one of the last ones ( i heard the final 4) that got cut...no extra room for a good kicker i guess? Shame to because he could really kick...would have been interesting to see what would have happened with a little college level coaching for a year or two. Grundy10 10 Report Share Posted March 4, 2005 He made the final 2 amongst walk ons but is not with the team. I dont think they kept any of the boys that tried out as walk ons (at least uninvited). He is a student at Tech though.

WHSHokies 10 Report Share Posted March 5, 2005 I don't think Va Tech did not offer Cain an invite? With the high school all-americian running backs VT has signed, Cain would not have a chance
