Bulldogs52 483 Author Report Share Posted October 27, 2012 Way to go T-town 'Dogs!!!! Make it three in a row next week!!! Boy wouldn't it be so sweet! Got a question though, say the Dawgs do win, and they would make Blues 3-1 and dawgs 3-1 in the district, who wins?

I'd say it goes to Richlands, by SoS. Is this usually how it's decided?
old_school 78 Report Share Posted October 27, 2012 So proud of the Dogs! They are beginning to believe! For what it's worth, Abingdon has a great band
Bulldogs52 483 Author Report Share Posted October 27, 2012 I have one thing to gripe about with the Falcons, who taught you guys to tackle around the head gears?

Not only did they pull out a squeaker, they put the icing on the cake with 85 yard td...... I know where the Dawgs are headed to next Friday night, but I think if they show up like they have the past two weeks me may get to see an awesome game in the Backyard Brawl! HurricaneWarning 212 Report Share Posted October 27, 2012 I'd say it goes to Richlands, by SoS. Is this usually how it's decided? If Marion beats Abingdon next week it would technically be a three way tie. ;)
BlueRazor 1,147 Report Share Posted October 27, 2012 Yes congratulations! We were there and pulled for you guys hard. It was great to see the student section alive and happy for football. Its amazing what it does for a team when there fans get involved. The players played great and really fed off the fans. Once again congratulations on a great win and i also want to say to the football players especially; great example of never quiting! You players deserve all the praise coming your way and more. As far as next week, that's for a new thread to come soon. Right now its your guys time to reap the benefits of never giving up. Very happy for the Tazewell Bulldogs! hokies11 10 Report Share Posted October 27, 2012 From my past experiences with the schools, I couldn't have picked two schools I'd rather see beaten than Carroll and Abingdon. I'd love to see you guys win next week too! Congrats on these two Dawgs!
rebel1 35 Report Share Posted October 27, 2012 I thought it went by points scored if, say both teams were 3-1.
battleftbl 42 Report Share Posted October 27, 2012 If Marion loses....and the dawgs upset Richlands, then Tazewell would be the district champions because they'll have the head to head victory over Richlands. However, If Marion wins, then it's a freakin' mess. The easiest math is a Richlands win gives them the outright district title.

barondawg77 115 Report Share Posted October 27, 2012 If Tazewell should win, they would be co-champs. No automatic bid anymore so no need for tiebreakers
Ryan4VT 4,557 Report Share Posted October 27, 2012 that giant may moved a few miles back up the road this year! Don't get those hopes up to high. We aren't sleeping, just resting up, and getting ready for game 10.

barondawg77 115 Report Share Posted October 27, 2012 Me either. That would mean tazewell pulled a huge upset!
