Got one in Radford from down under that stands 6'6. My kid said he's a player, of course we'll have to wait and see but it seems the rich just keeps getting richer.

Maybe you can shed some light on this subject?..............

twin springs had about 3, one really notable in 04-07 that raised a stinch, it was so bad in 07 that Castlewood fans at Tw were rocking the whole top section, THE WHOLE TOP SECTION WAS BLUE, chanting usa. While the other side was a sea of red, I've never seen Tw that full ever. Barely any standing room.

Appa - was ??-09 and was 6'5"

Appalachia had two about that time, one from Germany about 6'7" and another a little shorter from Poland.

Galax had an all-world soccer player from Germany about 10 years ago.  This may piss some off that a program as seemingly rich in talent as Radford would land a talented athlete this way, but it happens far more often than most would realize.

One of my most memorable high school basketball games I ever attended was at Twin Springs as they were playing Twin Valley back in 2005. I'm pretty sure they had some exchange students at the time.

Brian Moore had a few calls go against him during the contest and ended up shedding a tie and maybe a jacket as he was escorted out the gym after his 2nd technical.

Good times.

Twin Springs has hosted at least 6 different basketball playing exchange students that I can think of for a total of 8 years as two played for two seasons at TS.  There may have been one more.   That 05 team I believe was the one composed of two transfers from Volunteer and one exchange student. Extremely talented team with the kids who came through the system and added a lot of other talent too.
