Someone mentioned to me Graham will at least go to state because every team Union loses to usually wins state or at least makes it. I know Graham won last year and Appomattox twice for sure and I think glenvar and Clarke co. made it to state not sure about them though, so your welcome Graham.

Your right about the juniors and seniors thing for sure. Spears was by far the best QB we had and he didn't even play there until his Sr. season when we all knew he was better.

Graham will win big. Next year though look out for Central they will be team to beat in my opinion. Sorry Union folks as long as we have no passing threat we're not gonna be any better then this year. I hate to see Central on top but next 2 years are theirs in district play and maybe state.

I must be hard of hearing i stand near the fence at games and I can hear the horn but it's not as loud as everyone is making it out to be. I can still hear the guy next to me talking. The ones who should be complaining are the ones who have to sit next to him.

Biggest coaching staff has to be Union they have like 45 guys running around. I think most of those just help so they can get in free.

I can remember even as a kid when they would announce the scores if PV was losing it was probably the loudest cheers of the game. Appy was just a small school and u know how it is everyone roots for the underdogs so it was great when PV lost. My best friends went to PV and I hated their football team. I was at Appy in the 90s so games were more competitive then I think (Appy won 4 games). People on here talk about rivalry games but you just had to be part of the schools too fully understand how big this rivalry was.

Might be hard to pass, wind blows like a hurricane up there. I have to wear a light jacket in June when I'm there.

It got ugly, fans and players throwing punches. Appy was put on probation also but I'm not sure how many years and I'm sure Burton did also.

Back to the game, I hope Union wins this one but I got a feeling it's gonna get ugly. If they could just play the way their capable of they could win but they just can't help themselves with the mouthing off, extra shove here and there and unnecessary penalties. I hope they prove me wrong but I wouldn't bet on it.

I agree their looking good as of late but I hate when people talk about the teams 5 years ago and think it has to do with this season.

Everyone is giving Appomattox the crown because the last 4 or 5 years, those guys are gone. And hasn't everyone mentioned how weak region C is this year. They've got a great program but the past means nothing for this season.
