In between Gilbert and Williamson in Mingo County that borders the Eastern part of Kentucky.

Like that Tidewater accent isn't funny. I have family that live there, and we here in southern West Virginia make jokes about it to them.

They didn't know that a ball kicked into the end zone was a touchback,.

Heard one announcer on a Richlands pass play say the receiver was wide open and the other one said it was great defensive coverage by Lester. SMH.

Cooper has also been throwing some really nice passes the past couple of games.

The onside kick was by accident. ..Freddy put in a new kicker. It was hilarious to watch...he approached the ball like an equestrian horse galloping toward the football and he just misjudged his step and kicked the top of the ball making look like an onside kick. Everyone in the stands was laughing their butt off. Even his own family was laughing. When Bluefield scored again he did not kick off, they let a freshman do it.

Wyoming East would also elect to kick off back to Bluefield after Bluefield would score a touchdown. The stadium announcer said that it was legal. ..just surprised it was used.

My brother was one of the managers on that '75 state championship team...he once left is lock on his locker unlocked, so his 'six-thrity' consist of cleaning the showers with a toothbrush and a bottle of ajax. Needless to say that he never left his lock unlocked again...lol

A friend of mine from Richlands told me that their were several Richlands fans at the Bluefield / Westside game Wensday night.

I didn't take it that way...I should have explained myself better...just pointing out how young Truck and Mookie were.

"Truck" Edwards is his name....just a sophomore so is Mookie Collier and Carlos Reed is a Junior.

Richlands will donkey stomp Bluefield.

Did he just sign a new contract extension this week?
