It happens to all of us. I do miss all the multisport kids but also understand some of the decisions as well. Of the two kids I mentioned, Vermilion stands a good chance at getting to play college football somewhere.

Union will get an apology letter. It will also say there is nothing that can be done and they will improve on officiating. Gate City got one of those letters in 2004 after losing to Powell Valley in the playoffs. Burton got one after losing to Riverheads in the Championship game in 2006.

Got to agree with this. Would be a toss up for me on 1 and 2. Would loved to see the two play. As for Richlands, I see posts about them being one playmaker away from beating Union. I just don't see it. What some fail to realize is the rivalry aspect of those two games. Richlands is stuck in Union's heads almost as bad as they are in Grahams heads. That Richlands defense was pretty good though.
