breckt 9 Report Share Posted July 26, 2022 A friend of mine is an official. He said they had a meeting yesterday and it was stated that Auburn wasn't having a team this year. He also said Auburn had let the other schools on their schedule know. Real Sasquatch

I was very concerned the flooding would impact them also. I hope they are able to have a team for those who want to play. Rams75 5 Report Share Posted July 28, 2022 Hopefully TV don’t fold but the flood for sure won’t help.
BandanaVTDavis4321 1,717 Report Share Posted July 28, 2022 This is where the VHSL needs thinkers. If you are at TV and the flooding is key in canceling your season, they should allow these kids to play at Grundy for football for one season. It's not that hard. We have gone to the moon and have artificial intelligence that predicts molecular formulas for drug designs for specific diseases. The VHSL could make a one time type exception in situations like this for these kids.

Rams75 5 Report Share Posted July 28, 2022 I mean it’s in good shape but it’s a swamp I would say. Definitely have to be one of those gym practices today.
