I say Bullitt Park is a hard place to play but if their heads on are straight (unlike when they played earlier this season; I don’t think the players took the game as seriously as they should have) , then I see them coming away with the win. With that said, we can’t have a slew of penalties either. They’ve seemed to get that aspect under control and are playing much more disciplined football than first half of the season.

What are the must do’s for each team to come away with the win?

I heard Grayson/Narrows combined for 27 penalties last night. You can’t go deep if your getting flags thrown like that. I’m not sure how many were against Narrows. I’m going to take George Wythe in a close one. The QB is one of the top in the area.

Tazewell is having a lot of miscues, nothing to do with refs. They have moved the ball some though but made some bad mistakes at critical points.

I would say “if” at this point. If that happens then yippee! If not, I’ll still cheer for our 2D Champion!

Most teams on any given night can lose , M7 or SWD. One or two missteps or bad calls can change a game. SWD did have some weak teams this year. I have no clue if next year will be better. This thread reminds me of my daddy can beat up your daddy. We’re all semi-intelligent, we can count, M7 has three in the semis, SWD will have one. Do we really need a thread like this? Let’s focus on game threads. Let’s just hope whichever team from 2D wins the Regional Title whether it’s M7 or SWD, they bring that ring back to SWVA. Sorry... a bit of a ramble.

@CzarYakovI think most if not all Graham folks on here have said one game at a time. Nothing is a given in the playoffs. I don’t think the players or coaches are focused on anything but Tazewell for the 14 or 15 hours. One thing is certain Tazewell or Graham will be traveling to BSG next week, other than that, nothing has been determined until around 3pm tomorrow afternoon. With that said, go GMen!

Why was it on Saturday last year then? Just curious if it’s Union’s choice, why would they do Friday if they picked Saturday last year?

I just feel sorry for Marion having to play Ridgeview. It's a heck of a long drive for the whoopin' they're going to take but kudos for not dropping the game like Warren County did. Just enjoy being out there Canes & have fun!

I don’t recall his name , freshman QB from Princeton and he’s not a Top 5 but has the potential to be up there in a couple years. I agree with the ones mentioned above , all really good.

You only need 11 at a time. I doubt Marion has many more than 23.
