I don't have anyone in particular in mind to be honest was just sharing my thoughts no need to use all CAPS. I never said I was "unhappy" . Graham has had a good season, shown great improvement since the Bluefield game but still has some weaknesses. Hopefully, crowned Region Champs. If they end up playing Union, could be their toughest game so far.

Nothing to do with Grayson Galax game but man I feel sorry for Bland County having to play Galax first round after the whooping they got a couple weeks ago.

I didn't say it was broken. I actually said they had improved and gave Tony kudos for doing a good job. There were several instances for example, trying to kick about a 50 yard field in a close game when you know it's a miracle if your kicker makes it. It's doubtful more experienced veteran coaches would make those types of play calls. When your best receiver is double covered, you've got to adjust. That didn't happen against Richlands. There is nothing wrong with always trying to improve and gain knowledge and sometimes that might come from bringing in an additional new person with a different perspective. I'm a Graham guy all the way but they'll be hard pressed to win state if they make it past semis. I'll remain optimistic they can take region.

In a region of 12, it's ridiculous to have 8 teams in playoffs...at least cut to six, give top two a buy into 2nd round. Majority of this week's games in SWVA are a waste.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say Graham by 4TDs or more. Allen definitely improved as season has gone on; even with our record, I question some play calls in several games but overall Palmer is doing a good job & defense has gotten a lot stronger since last year. I still think a veteran old school coach could be a beneficial addition to team.

I'm sure Brown's confidence is definitely shaken, could be part of the problem. Switching things up too often on offense or defense can be detrimental to players and team. Just my opinion

Bottomline, Mance is in a no win with QB. Brown is super's grandson & Moir is school board members son. He's got to play Moir more because I hear that lady axes coaches. That's how the Fuller kid ended up at Bluefield. Politics, gotta love Tazewell County.

Appomattox as much as it pains me to say it, should win hands down.

Congratulations to the Bulldogs! They had a much better season than anyone thought and I bet their numbers are up next year as far as players and in a couple years may be a force to reckon with.

Well, that's a shame.

Their strength has been their defense since the 90s thanks in the most part until last year to Palmer & Wess. Good foundation carried over to the past two seasons. Richlands should have had at least a 7-3 season at worst. Hopefully, they salvage the season tonight & make playoffs.

I look for Mance to pull out all the stops to ensure Blues make playoffs to salvage this mediocre season. I think Blues are stronger than record indicates though.

Won't even be close , Graham win.

Grayson will lose to Galax, no question and I don't see VA High beating Richlands.

Hard work man, congrats! VHSL needs to simplify & go back to old days when "district" champs went on to playoffs or a maximum two from each conference. There's way too many teams competing in a regional playoff but it's about the almighty $$$$. A lot of those teams have no business in playoffs just my humble opinion.

Richlands will slip in unless they screw up & let VA High beat them and Grayson wins the last two. Definitely not their best season in over 15 years probably.

I hope Tazewell wins but I'm not confident. They've definitely surpassed what most thought they would do so kudos to them. You never know until it's over, go Dogs!

If they don't win, something is wrong. Should win by 40+ points. Lebanon plays with heart though & level headed coaches, give them an A for effort but this one belongs to Richlands

Fort Chiswell has had a decent season but predicting a GMen victory especially if Cooke can get free and Vineyard keeps going like he did last week. On a side note, Peking's in Wytheville has some good Chinese. Next up, game!!!
