Richlands just finished up baseball last Monday so I’m sure they just got back to football. Lebanon is gonna be playing til next week (not that it matters anymore) Tazewell was also didn’t finished til Monday but idk how many of those guys played football. VA is has a new coach and finished baseball on Wednesday and track yesterday. Marion is just in the weight room right now. Graham should have had plenty of time to gear up for 7 on 7 I don’t think Tony let’s those guys play baseball
Even if Tony did, they'd still be ready for 7 on 7 since Graham isn't the best in baseball and the season typically ends in the first round of the SWD tournament....

Missed the last few days of a vacation after eating there...I got very acquainted with the commode where we were staying. Last time I ever ate there. The only other place that did that to me was the Flamingo Grill...not only was the food $hitty, so was my next two days and it cost me over $100 for that crap...
We always stay in Surfside/Garden City. I prefer the murrells inlet river city but we normally end up going to the surfside one since it’s easier accessible by golf cart. I do miss the pier there.
Have you ate at Grilled Cheese & Crab Cake Company? It’s our favorite place by far. Sam’s corner in garden city is a place I always end up too. Most of the time I regret it but I’m a sucker for a nostalgic place.
I quit staying in Myrtle Proper years ago. Stayed in the Arcadian Shores area a few times, but still Myrtle Beach. It was fairly nice. Stayed in Windy Hill section of North Myrtle a few times, also fairly nice and quiet. Stayed in Cherry Grove some, a little busier than the previously mentioned locations but still fairly nice. Have finally moved up to Sunset Beach on the NC side. Very nice, very quiet and hardly any crime to speak of on the island.
Not me! Haven’t been to Myrtle since my 13 year old daughter was a newborn. Have no plans of ever going back.
We have, however, been to Topsail and Edisto. I could live without Topsail but Edisto is amazing. The whole island is a nature preserve. Walk the beaches with giant sea turtles with roped off areas where the eggs are buried.
Either way, I don’t have the concern of having everything I own being stolen while my family walks along the beach as happened 13 years ago in Dirty Myrtle. To which, the police response was along the lines of “well, you have insurance. No need for us to be here!”
Where was it stolen from? Hotel or vehicle? Which hotel??
Nope the VHSL needs to send a message: if Appomattox had more spectators, they should strip Appomattox of a title (not this year that's unfair, let's say the one from four years ago) and award it to the team they beat (but not the team they beat in the finals, that's not fair, so let's say the team they beat in the half state game).
I think that's clearly the right thing to do lolol
VH$L isn't going to bite the hand that feeds it. If Appomattox did have more, that's just more money in the VH$L's pocket, and I'm certain they aren't going to tell the Governor they got too much money from tickets...if you know what I'm sayin'...
The VHSL has just bumped up attendance to 1000 for the championship games. Tickets will be split to each school. If there are any unsold tickets they will be sold to the general public, but you can bet that Appomattox and Stuart’s Draft will use all of their tickets
Graham has a problem with mental toughness I know, they won the state title two years ago and credit them, but they have a mental toughness problem. It starts with their star player not playing today because of Mental Toughness. It's why he made the decision he made that allowed him to not be on the field. You could see which team wanted more when Graham was u 7-0 and Union come storming back down the field. It was a GIVEN if you know football. 90 plus percent of the time, the mentally tougher team wins. Graham's ole nemesis, not Union, but lack of mental toughness jumped up and bit them again today.
I'm going to blame this on the Graham football players that were out rather late (for a game night) at a larger gathering in Bluefield, VA last night. Looked like they were having to good of a time and weren't thinking about today's game. Very irresponsible if you ask me. When my wife and I happened to drive by the gathering, I made the comment to her that they weren't taking the Union game seriously and weren't going to win today. But that's just my $.02...
I'm telling you right now, if Tazewell Co. doesn't get creative with school names when consolidation time comes, I'm going to be pissed!!! If administrators can't be more creative than "Central", "Union", or "Ridgeview", "Bears", "Warriors, or "Wolfpack", they don't need to be in office! Tazewell Co. has enough culture, history, and geography that the names could be so unique that there may never be another school with the same name in the US. It's all right there in front of them if they could just see it. And don't let the stupid teenage kids pick the names either, they have no concept of the local culture, geography, and history of the County and they are far from knowledgeable enough to make that decision. Just use imagination and be unique, it isn't that difficult...
While we are at it... technically it is Central Warriors. There's no Wise... its not Wise-Central or Central-Wise.... just Central. Would I have picked that? No way. Terribly generic.
But it is referred to as Wise Central or Central Wise because there are other "Central High School" in VA...Woodstock, Lunenburg...
So why do people say the “Blues” in reference to Richlands? By your reasoning, they should just say “Blue” but whatever makes you feel better. A long night for the Blue “Tornado “ then, feel better? 😂😂😂😂

It will 1000% be a long night if they don’t stops feeling sorry for themselves. I have a feeling the seniors will have them fired up and ready to play. But I’ve been wrong plenty before.
