Defense was missing Isaiah Justice which probably had some affect against a team like Union. Plus Kastner being out week before against Giles & not practicing. You need all your D starters when playing against solid teams. Offense needs work as far as more disciplined play. Probably 8 TDs called back this year and countless penalties. I think both sides of ball are good and can make another run in playoffs but it's imperative to clean things up & stay healthy (Graham doesn't have depth of other teams). 

I've mentioned this about several fan bases. They sure were quick to bash Richlands when we were getting them -- but it's not reciprocated when their team gets them.

The truth is, a lot of kids in SWVA are just plain old lazy.  They don't play sports or work.  They've learned from those older than them that they can do nothing and the Government will send them a check every month for doing nothing.  Lots of folks live that way and don't see anything wrong with it...they don't try to find a job because they don't want a job.  It's becoming hereditary.

A little research and you would have known that Bermuda is a warm-season grass that historically grows poorly outside the Piedmont and Tidewater.  The first frost kills its growth, which is customarily in early October in the mountains.  Given the trampling it will receive starting in about 6 weeks, and given that deep root growth for Bermuda is 6 weeks in a BEST-case scenario, then GMan’s much closer in his reckoning than are you.  But what else is new...
