Not a fan of either team but I have seen a lot of people on here talk about the horn in that way all season. I honestly don’t know where you have been. Those high school kids don’t have any control over some hot shot horn blower. Whatever that hot shot’s beef is with Graham shouldn’t have been taken out on the students. You are recommending the coach add fuel to the fire by running up the score. In doing so, you become the jerk in the situation.

I don’t know about this train horn. But these are high school kids. You don’t put 80 points on a high school team just for blowing a train horn. That is when things begin to get really chippy between both teams. You ought to know better than that. You are the only Graham fan on here complaining about it from the looks of things. You don’t help the reputation of your community or your fan base with this vitriol. It’s pretty bad when other Graham fans are telling you to stuff it. Palmer obviously has more class than you. You are right about that.

I think they beat Central. It’s possible that they get revenge on Union if Union beats Graham. I doubt they beat Graham if Graham beats Union. If they meet Appomattox, then I don’t think they will win that. Ridgeview had better focus on Central.

Do not misinterpret this but why would they pick Central to win this game? It is nothing against Central. They’re having a dream season. Ridgeview also sounds like an excellent team.

I have heard of this “magic.” I haven’t heard of the refs benefitting Union as being part of the so-called magic. I have a tremendous amount of respect for Gate City after researching them and catching them at the big game in Salem. You are doing nothing to help the reputation. Gate City lost. Be a big boy and accept the loss and tip your hat to the winner.

Looking at records, it looks like Mountain 7 is the better one. Graham wins the Region D crown, but it doesn’t make the Southwest the best. Not to take anything from them.

You seem rather confident. No one in C or D is getting by Appomattox. Appomattox may even win it in Class 2 for the 4th time in 5 seasons. I will likely see them in December in Salem. No one in 1D or 1C is getting by Galax. I will be watching Galax and Riverheads at Salem this December.

Craig County maybe has 20 players if that. I can’t put my finger on it but regardless of the result of what the game would be, I am sure the community here in New Castle would be excited.

I will say that Narrows has some speed. 10-0 is very possible. But I think it ends at the hands of Galax. I may be wrong. Good luck the rest of this season.

Hope they go 9-1. Don’t want them to beat Craig. CC probably won’t win but if they come to play, then maybe, JUST maybe they can catch Narrows sleeping. Sadly, the game will be 49-7 Narrows.

New Castle. Next to Giles County and about 20 minutes or so from Salem. Traditionally not a football school. Usually struggles but they give their all. A small 1A school with around 200 students in grades 9-12. The teams compete in the Pioneer District.
