If I'm a senior and not allowed to play in a state championship game, watching my team from the sidelines knowing that I couldn't get into the game would be punishment enough.

Its all depends on the situation imo, I don't know the kid and I don't know his history. If he has a history of causing trouble and both of his penalties last week were him instigating the behavior I think you have to come down hard on him, for his participation in other sports and his well being in life. Learn to control yourself young man. If what he did last week was in response to provocation or just a overactive ref I think you cut him some slack and maybe find a place for him on the sideline.

I was listening on the radio during the coin toss and when the Bluefield player was asked what they want to do, he said we want to kick the ball and the ref asked again did you want to defer and the kid said..."I don't know man, I've never done this before" which I would blame on the coaches as much as the kid. In saying thathat the refs gave him ample opportunity to change his mind. So only person to fault is that on the coaches and player.

I joked 20 years ago that Appy and PV should be called Apple Valley High, and we could have been the "Fighting Orchards". Our mascot would be a guy dressed in a foam tree and he could throw "apples" at the visiting players and fans. :)

I say that Richlands could probably beat Grayson so long as there's not a massive contagion this week. I expect Richlands to score the clinching points sometime in the first quarter.

Traditional powers tend to have more knowledgeable fan bases, especially in SWVA.  I have had the opportunity to visit some great places over the past 4 or 5 years.  Honaker, Haysi and Clintwood have as impressive a following as I have witnessed and they are certainly knowledgeable.

So, I was walking through the mall and saw that there was a "Muslim Book Store. "I was wondering what exactly was in a Muslim bookstore so I went in. I'm 2011 they ran spread,3 WR 1 TE. Mixed it up pretty good and ran the QB quite a bit. I imagine they're still doing the same thing

I just got back from the trip I had to make to Alabama for the funeral of my close family member and i just wanted to thank all of you that kept us in your thoughts & prayers and for all well wishes I got on here.  I know this has nothing to do with football,  but I just wanted to thank you all !
