Not much to take notice of. AHS doing the best they can with the O they are trying to run. They had a chance to win it and bad clock management didn't help. 3:00 to go and they started at their own 21. Only had 1 TO left and had to use it after a short run. They got the ball down to the VHS 40 with :16 left. Sack. Ball game. Needed at least another 15 yards to even consider FG attempt. 
Union will beat AHS by 14 or more I'd guess. They just aren't set up to defend an offense like Unions.  To be honest, I'm proud of the kids for being 5-2. I didn't expect that at the beginning of the season. Season only gets tougher for them now.....Union, Ridgeview, Lee.  I think they will need to win at least 2 of those to even have a chance at a home playoff game, or maybe even a playoff game at all. The off week for them came at a good time...just before Union.  That will help some, in a lot of different ways. 

I don't know about anyone else, but If this guy is joking, it's just plain out aggravating in my opinion.

Uh, 81S until it turns into 40W. As you come into Knoxville start following signs to Neyland Stadium.  Have $40 handy for parking and get ready to walk. Kickoff at noon, get rolling.

I heard it was even crazier than that. Something like the initial PAT was blocked but a penalty gave them another try. On 2nd attempt it was a botched snap that was then run in for 2. I have no idea how accurate that is, but pretty sure there were 2 attempts at the PAT. 

Has their defense improved since last year when Abingdon dropped 48 on them?

I'm anxious to see Mitchell when he comes to Abingdon later this season. Quite obviously Union will be heavily favored, but I just want to see Mitchell play.

Actually, before last night they had only attempted like 4-5 passes in the first 2 games combined.  Once they fell behind and into the 4th qtr they started passing.  I think they threw 1 pass in the 3rd (I think it was 3rd) qtr to Farris for the TD, but it was a screen so the TD should be credited moreso as a run than pass. Their passing game wasn't bad but Reed sure wants to run the ball. It's not Sturgill, but he wasn't bad.  Hard to break away from the run game for 3.5 qtrs and jump into shotgun and pass.  Little late to find a rhythm.  It was necessary in an effort to win, but just wish Reed wouldve thrown a little more mid-game to open the running up some.  I think what Pulaski did was just tackle anybody coming across the LOS from the backfield and hopefully one of them had the ball.  And much more often than not, that worked.  If AHS wants any success as the year progresses they are going to have to develop a passing game.  I don't mean Sturgill-esque.....just enough the keep defenses honest.  JMO. Not to take anything away from Pulaski, but they weren't anything special...nobody with lightning speed, QB was so-so...he missed a ton of wide open receivers, kicking game better than average, decent sized Dline.  I truly think AHS had a better than average chance to win last night.  Pulaski staff did a great job adjusting and AHS didn't adjust anything until, like I said earlier, into the 4th when they started passing a bit.  Abingdon defense did a very good job the first couple of series but then Pulaski started passing and they opened their playbook a little bit. AHS has what appears to be a 5 play playbook. Well, 10 plays if you count both sides. Lol.
