BandanaVTDavis4321 1,717 Report Share Posted September 2, 2022 Galax DL has bested our OL from 2nd qtr. We aren't going to drive down the field with long consistent drives in the second half. Only way for Giles to add points in the next half will be big plays, special teams, or turnovers. D will need to continue to be lights out. The first big turnover or special teams play may decide this game. We'll done to the run D of Giles forcing passing attempts that are for longer yards. 4, 53, and 5 has ever been solid and many more. 5s ability to cover 1 on 1 in the passing game has hurt Galax's offense and allowed Giles to stuff another one in the box. I want to see 5 get the ball a touch more outside of the tackles, but credit Galax D, tough to run on, but Giles has been equally impressive.
