Good luck finding that.  We can't even find district standings

Lack of umpires and refs might be the biggest issue out there.  The last few years the number of refs seems to be dropping and it looks like they aren't getting many young talent out there.  I'm not sure what they make per game or event but it must not be very lucrative to invest the time to do that.  Many do it because they love the game.  It certainly is a tough job at times I would bet.  I still am thankful for those that take up the calling and do their very best to officiate the game properly.  Hats off to you guys who go out and do the job many complain about.

You know who's name should be out there.  Garrett Amburgey.  granted he isn't a 1A or 2A coach but the only 3A team in the coverage area usually gets overlooked.
Amburgey has only lead a team to much success this season that a lot of people considered out and in a rebuilding year with the coach getting the job 2 days before two a days.  Regardless of what people think, Amburgey has lifted Abingdon to new heights and energized the fan-base.

Yeah their field is natural grass. I said the same thing. Maybe it'll rain next week. LOL

You are certainly entitled to your opinion and I totally respect it.  But the facts are not what you may think they are.  The kids you are speaking of learned toughness from many other things.  Reed didn't show up one day and Jake Sturgill was a 2 time all state QB.  Matthew Fulton wasn't beast of a running back.  Derrick Yates didn't just become a college prospect because he showed up and the list could go on. 
The current list of players who are seniors and started out in Reed's system didn't become tough and hard nosed because of his system.  That trait came from playing together since they were 6 years old in flag football.  That trait came from them becoming a band of brothers all the way through their youth league days, middle school, and JV.  There were many other factors involved than saying "he toughened them up".
