Most kids are not mentally tough anymore and a lot are lazy! Every team has a few of them including the GMen. It most certainly starts at home & is often hard to overcome on the field. Great coaches can help compensate and overcome this mindset.

Richlands is going to need someone who’s not afraid of telling the “experts” and “Daddy Ballers” to apply their lips to a certain part of their anatomy before that mess is cleaned up (Uncle Percy said it a little different). Fully agree. I enjoy homer high school broadcasts. It should be that way. It’s high school and the broadcasts are meant for that small high school community.
But dammit, you should know the players and coaches names and how to pronounce them.
