The difference is one is generated by fans and the other is part of the school. Fans can make all the noise that they wish. In WV noisemakers are prohibited in the playoffs.

The Bluefield Daily Telegraph is probably a top 10 newspaper nationally. 

I don't think he makes a profit on his books. He manages to recoup SOME of his costs. So if you purchase a book all the money goes to him as he has already paid to have them printed. I think he prints them at a loss just because he likes writing them. I have submitted a lot of material for the one that will have the Buchanan County scores.

East Rock is 3-2 and it's easy to see why when they've played that brutal schedule. Outside of that, only Graham has played a winning record schedule, with Richlands 1 under .500.

I can say what I want. If you don't like it, turn it off. But I never said the officials favored Richlands except on one occasion when they allowed the Richlands coaches to protest way too much without a penalty when Bluefield's coaches made one loud protest and got a penalty. There were three plays that I remember where I stated Richlands got the bad end of a call. One was the personal foul on the Bluefield sideline, the holding penalty and the fumble recovery called back to the line.

2. The spots were terrible both ways.
3. the fumble Howie recovered should have been a TD for Richlands. I really don't believe he picked up the ball with a knee on the ground. Any video that shows?
4. Explain your call to the coaches and get the heck back to the game.
5. Richlands player should have also been ejected when the Bluefield player was.
6, Holding call on Richlands on the running play. Phantom call.
7. Should have let Bluefield change the decision to kick or receive due to confusion in the way the options were discussed.
 
and again.  NO game management skills at all.  I really do encourage all that are interested to get into officiating. I really would if I was physically able.

2010 they were both 2-0 when they met.  Grundy won 62-14 and went on to finish 9-3. It was the last time Grundy won a playoff game defeating Tunstall 45-14.

Why?  Everyone is being civilized except for one fool who took it too far and got the chair.  No need to erase an entire thread to get rid of a single problem, just get rid of the problem and let the thread live on...

The block in the back penalty was farce.  Just saw it. That official should just resign and go bowling on Friday night.

PH, Grundy and Hurley have had an easy schedule so far. Hurley would be undefeated with that schedule as well as PH would be undefeated with Hurleys schedule as well. With that being said congratulations to those teams for being undefeated at this point. They are dealing with the hand they are dealt. If they are not solid teams it will show in the playoffs.

No. Not that at all. It's kind of like when you play a pick up basketball game and your buddy is on the other team. You just want to beat them. I think that is what applies here.
