Oh she was doing her part so I’m not defending that.
Let’s say inappropriate gestures and I don’t mean just giving the bird although that was done as well.
Not sure why it’s making me quote the above but… lol
Congrats to y’all. It was obvious y’all had the team to win and like I said before we were the underdogs with y’all being at home and undefeated.
No crying about officiating, y’all just beat us.
In saying that I think we had a chance to win the game but we came up short. I thought in second half we made adjustments to stop you run better but you line verse ours was simply the difference.
Bradshaw…. Well he was the difference maker.
Your QB was playing in obvious pain so kudos for thst.
I will say that in pregame I was disappointed in some of the actions I was seeing. That Im sure Graham fans would be be proud of. Won’t say numbers of the kids but it wasn’t appropriate.
I knew we were good enough to get to this game but knew getting past this game would take perfection and a little luck.
Good luck next week.
They may have been worked up from some of Appo’s bands antics in blocking the bus.
Not Appo's first rodeo at traveling and staying overnight, we have done it both times we have played at BSG. Usually most of the parents go with the team so an eye is kept on all of them very well.
I would recommend any of the fine hotels on Cumberland Rd in Bluefield, WV. The team is sure to get a good nights rest at these establishments.
I’ll relook but I didn’t see a tip. I did see a 30 yard throw for a 2-3 yard out. A lot of time to see that coming.
Happens at 3:17 in the 3rd. Meadows tips it. I don’t think it would have mattered though Bradshaw jumped the route. Even if the ball was thrown perfect it would have been picked.
The kickoff return by Beavers that got called back was the turning point in this one. A chance to go up 21-7. Tough break and opened the door to numerous mistakes and some questionable decisions and Graham started rolling. Can someone explain the approach of giving Graham the ball on the 50 each possession? Horribly thrown 3 yard out that gets pick sixed. Felt like the Fr QB got “sped-up” during second half. Kid has to learn to throw the ball away….some pretty bad ball decisions….needs to live another day and just eat the sack sometimes. RV’s special teams has been average at best this year and today they were awful. Anyone know why they don’t roll the QB out more? Move the pocket and not let Graham’s good DL just tee-off? Good learning experience for the young Wolves…..physically they gave as good as they got. Graham moves on and we still have several SWVA teams advancing on!
Don't plan on using your cell phone while you're there. A complete dead zone for any carrier.
It’s seems to have improved this year. I now have 5G with sprint/T-mobile. I don’t know if they put up more towers or if it’s the 5G chip I got with my Covid Shot.
It's Salem West for me, and switching back and forth with RV/Graham and Nottoway/King William on my phone/NFHS. I know the focus is in the west, but Nottoway and King William is going to be one of the better games in Class 1 through 3 in my opinion.
Listening to this game, it sounded like Graham didn't out athlete Union with a ton of explosive plays. It sounded like Graham physically whipped Union. They beat Union up in a style of game that Union is usually the victor or aggressor. Without watching this game, it's clear to me that Graham's lineplay is dramatically different from game one through present.
Graham obviously can throw it, but when you can run between the tackles with that much ease, against a team like Union, it makes for a dangerous legitimate state title contender and Graham is certainly that, which is stating the obvious.
It’s exactly what happened. Graham ran power majority of the game. They out Unioned Union. Coaches must have watched the Central tape.
Between new bus drivers and PA guys I just don't know what to expect. Starting to think it may come down to the actual players who would've thought 🤔💡
PA guys, bus drivers, air horns, transfers, and hold backs are all factors, but if there is one thing this board has taught me it’s if you lose it’s either the coach or the refs fault. Players making plays have no impact.
Who fumbled for Union in the red zone? QB, Lomax, Satterfield? QB exchange, etc? I remember watching on NFHS and the fumble where Union had it all but put away, but can't remember who fumbled or what caused it? Was it stripped, exchange with QB, etc?
Satterfield, it’s hard to tell on NFHS but it looked like he lost it when Brody tackled him.
