With China getting this second wave, I have a feeling things may be in trouble for the fall.

I'm not sure I could pick just one, but that '97 GC/Graham game would be hard to beat. It's the only time I can ever remember fans from opposite teams shaking hands and patting each other on the back after a game. It was incredible. There are many others, but that one will always stand out to me personally.

You're comparing getting an occasional role player that transfers 8 miles away to this? Every high school gets transfers. This isn't a "transfer" deal. You might want to look into what actually is going on.

I'd rather play hard and get beat than to have a trophy handed to me. Just my 2 cents. Proud of the GC kids! Edited to say ..... it's no fault of the other schools and athletes. It is what it is. They all had great seasons.

We rented a house in Surfside last year and rented a golf cart for the week. One of the most relaxing weeks that I've ever had. Myrtle's too hectic for my tastes, especially with a 5 year old. It's also very dangerous these days.

Central definitely has the components to beat Gate City. With that being said, I'm not usually one to be critical but the rest of that mess makes it appear that you're on acid.

GC was down by 25 with 6 minutes left last night and had the ball with the lead with 6 seconds left but lost on a 3 at the buzzer to Boone 65-63.

We also had a negative punt. That's the coldest I've ever been in my life. It snowed up there again in 2010 but thankfully wasn't nearly that cold.

R.R. Jones stadium is awful. I thought the seats were bad until I saw the back corners of the end zones embedded into the walls. Unless Google maps has lost it's mind.....again.

From the all the talk I've heard around town, ETSU is loaded to the gills this year. WXSM had a writer for the Blue Ribbon College Basketball Yearbook on a couple weeks ago and he said they could be good enough to win 2 in the tournament. A lot of things can happen, but there's definitely a lot of noise. I hope Zak does very well at Elon.

Not sure anyone getting ejected, but I was leaving the stadium at the same time as that hit out of bounds and had a South cheerleader cuss me up one side and down the other just for walking to my truck. After I asked where her coach was she changed her tone. Ahh good times.

Majority of those fumbles were inside South's 30 yard line when GC was running it down their throats. They just couldn't stop their RB.

GC ran all over Abingdon. He should run all over them too.
