My major in college was management. I studied Organizational structure. To me the President is the CEO. The CEO should look at his company and find ways make it thrive and grow. All shareholders should benefit. Not just half of the company.  CEOs should create mission statements that will move us in the right direction for everyone, everybody in his chain of command should do their part to move the company in that direction providing feedback up and down the chain to succeed for each and everyone.  
Jobs, jobs, jobs.... The more opportunity you can provide for advancement to better jobs, better pay, health care the more hope you have of a better life. the more problems you solve.  The human creature needs hope to get to tomorrow.  Take hope away, jobs, football, etc. you get a bunch a people setting around trying to find someone to blame. I don't blame the people of China but I do blame their leaders.

If one thinks just for a minute....Its is becoming clear they knew there was  no Russian collusion. CNN, MSNBC want even report on it.  So what was the Mueller probe all about? it was an excuse.  Loaded with swamp  people it was a 40 million dollar mud gathering effort to find something on Trump. They were able to look at everything Trump.  If they had found something they could have charged him with do you think we wouldn't have heard about it? 
 I don't claim either party.  I think very little of George Bush and his Iraq War.  Obama was a great orator but put the wrong people around him  and went left after acting moderate.
The more people you can keep working the more problems you will  solve..... We need people who know how to manage large organizations, not politicians they are BS ers --- that is what you get with them is BS. 
Cuban interested me until you could see his money thru China and sports meant more than the country did.  Greed is destroying this country.

Well,  we had a good run ! 
I will always be grateful for all the fun we as Blue Tornado fans have had over the last 20 years.  A lot of programs have never come close to the kind of success Richlands has had under Coach Mance !  I have a feeling that some of the fans I heard complaining about his coaching  ( it was a small minority )  will find out that you better be careful what you wish for,  sometimes wishes come true. 
Thank you Coach Mance for all you have done for our little town............you will be missed,  but I wish you and Ann all the best in your new journey !  Also a big thanks to all the other coaches on his staff over the years for all their hard work !

I hope it's a good game but I don't see Graham having any trouble till they travel to Appomattox.that should be a good one...i just wish it was in Bluefield I hate to drive that far to watch a football game that the Blues ain't in..but I love football so I guess I will..and I'm ready to see a swva team put a beating on the Raiders...

If it was 4-6 against cupcakes, no shouldn't be there.  When there is 2 very good 4As and then Bluefield loaded as they are in your schedule, you have to scratch your head about how good they will be at the end of the season in 2A, if they can stay healthy.

I have had kids, cousins, family in the band for the last 40 years, the rule I always heard is you never enter the field while the football team is on it.

I am so happy to finally see these guys have to travel to SWVA.  The distance of travel will have an effect. Be sure to bring that horn just for Appo, they deserve it the way they have been at their place.  Need to let them know you are going to give them a good old SWVA welcome, those can be intimidating.  It would be fun to set on their side just to here the cry.

I'm like Bigrhsfan, I came out of the 70s and remember more bad than good from that time.   The last ten years have been a blessing that I will always treasure.
Unfortunately good times grows fans that expect winning all the time, if you have read this board for any length of time you know a few of those, all schools have them.
Time always  has a way of humbling them.  I had a uncle who moved to Tazewell back in the 60s with his boys, would bet G-Man was good friends with him. 
Before I knew what football was one of his son's was always rubbing it in when them Dogs beat Richlands. Time changes things back and forth if you are around long enough to notice.

If and when Richlands gets those receivers and qb  settled in they will be a different team. 

Richlands is in  the grow mode as far as offense. If you look at the experience this year vs last year you could see.  We had receivers with two, three, and four years of experience last year, pretty sure Chase played as a freshman.  Of the receivers this year they look to be mostly first year with the two most experienced not playing against Tazewell.   Last year you had a two time all state quarterback? This year we have a first year starter, given time he will be very good. 
We have always had a schedule that allowed us to grow, learn and adapt thru the season.  With 4A schools stacked up front we taken that away.  I still can't get over Blacksburg beating Salem as they did.

Leaving War going to  Bradshaw.  War has a fall festival that starts Friday, should be some street food vendors setup as you go thru they have stuff going on that night.
Bud's, I get the tenderloin biscuit with a egg, things are big as a sandwich.  Best biscuit I have found in this part of the world.

If you remember the old John Boy 's drive thru they just opened one of those back up and they call it the Owl, it is as you are leaving War beside the old service station.  They make a good Cheeseburger and fries, suppose to stay open till 7.  Belongs to the Jones who own the hardware store, their daughter was a tennis coach for VT, pretty sure she made it into Tech coaching hall of fame, or something like that,  some really good people.
 

Somebody send me a script.  These games get me so wired up I can't go to sleep till about 3 in the morning.  I'm getting to old for this.
