Coleton beck, now at 185lbs, he will probably win the outdoor 100 and 200meters again. Still just a junior. Now Im not talking about Alabama, LSU, Ohio State type recruit. When they time him as a senior at the least some division one schools will look at him in the slot wr spot.

If this was my son he would not be playing as his punishment right away. Most coaches would allow him to practice but not play not taking other transgressions into account. Administrators are trying to be to politically correct.

County Line(good home country food)  across from McDonalds. Back to the game I mentioned earlier if coaching was the same Graham would blow Galax out -but it won't be, this will be a tight game. 

This Galax though a good team is not as talented as last years. Line is a little better.Fort and Galax no different talent wise, fort may have a little more talent. If graham and galax's coaching is the same for that night, graham will blow them out.

Sixcat is correct about Galax, now as far as fort goes, fort has more talent than what people think though. Fort o-line just 6th game at their respective position. 2 injured and didn't play last year , one transfer in. 2 playing different positions. Will see what they do against narrows.

Stephen James 65-37, had a lot of rebuilding to do-started out 10-20 his first 3 years.

To say to be champions you have to run through Union first- well I thought you had to win a championship to have the right to say that. Maybe I'm not thinking right.

Sixcat , me and you have discussed before. I agree with you. Let's not forget the principal, Robbie Patton who will have done more to destroy Fort in 5 minutes than any one person. He hired Tom Hale and should have known better with the mess he was there to actually see what Hale done to Carroll first hand.

I haven't been able to see fort play lately. Thought he was letting assistant coaches coach . I guess not, If hale continues on his same pattern as he did at carroll he won't be coaching at fort for very long.

Coach hale takes no advice from any coach they given up nearly 2200yds on def ., he was asked about switching d and he would have none of it. Players have talked about using whole play book that James had left them. I was hoping with a second lease on life that Hale could change. That will not happen. I had hoped to eat my words. Sixcat just wondering did u play baseball at galax.

Coach hale is a terrible coach and what is so bad is he thinks his knowledge of football is on a higher level than any other coach and will not listen to any of his assistants. He will destroy what has been built.

If James was at fort it would be different, fort has as much talent as anyone in the west. With Hale there if they played Rural Retreat again in the playoffs they would loose.

Weekend of aug 15th, at tazewell, teams- tazewell, carroll, fort chiswell and wise. Fort against john battle the following week. Galax vs radford and the following week against carroll

In my travels, I get to talk to a lot of Grayson fans. I ask " How do you like your chances against Galax?" No chance they say. I say why? Well arguably
our best player won't play. He played against Narrows didn't he? Yes but he didn't play against Fort the week before and he won't play against Galax. He has practiced all week, surely he will play. Nope they say-when it comes game time he will not play. We'll I have to say sure enough he comes out warms up looks fine and all of sudden. Limping noticeably. He didn't play what may have been his last game as a senior. Now a reprieve, on to play Giles. I hope he plays unless he is really hurt. If he doesn't play and he's not really hurt than I would sit him for at least 5 basketball games.
