I'm telling you right now, if Tazewell Co. doesn't get creative with school names when consolidation time comes, I'm going to be pissed!!!  If administrators can't be more creative than "Central", "Union", or "Ridgeview", "Bears", "Warriors, or "Wolfpack", they don't need to be in office!  Tazewell Co. has enough culture, history, and geography that the names could be so unique that there may never be another school with the same name in the US.  It's all right there in front of them if they could just see it.  And don't let the stupid teenage kids pick the names either, they have no concept of the local culture, geography, and history of the County and they are far from knowledgeable enough to make that decision.  Just use imagination and be unique, it isn't that difficult...

I commend Tony for what he has done at Graham. He’s a top notch guy all the way, coaching and otherwise. A definite class act, on & off the field. He bought Graham back to the forefront in football. Graham is lucky to have him at the helm. 

Tony has assembled a great coaching staff for sure.  I have the utmost respect for what Tony has done for that program in just a few short years.  The winning attitude and the hard work that those kids put in now and the fact that Tony deeply cares about the kids and about Graham High School is why Graham has improved so much in a short time.  He learned from one of the best. I remember just a few short years ago watching Graham allowing 70 points against Gate City and allowing 500 plus yards rushing to a single running back and wondering what had happened to the once top tier team. Seeing kids sitting along the fence line at games with their heads down and helmets at their feet.  The answer was lack of leadership and lack of pride.  Tony brought leadership and pride back to that team.

Have they improved? Or have they just beaten Lebanon, Marion, and VA High......

Graham would be crucified on social media if they skirted the restrictions of 250. The hassle is just not worth it to them I’m sure. Plus, I doubt Chris Stacy would want to deal with the fallout. Me on the other hand, I’d push the envelope and give Ralph the big middle finger salute and pack that stadium! 

A B C store open, D M V , appointment only, 250 for HS football but 1000 allowed for a concert, yet Walmart is wide open , that was me wearing blackface , ooops no it wasn’t yes Ralphie North-I have no sense , needs to let the local school boards / districts handle there own affairs, lord knows he sure don’t act like we exist when it comes to funding, Someone needs to knee him in the nuts, just to check to see if he has any.I am all about the kids safety but this same man says we need kids in school, last time I checked, they go home to their parents, go to work, date, see aunt’s uncles and grandmas , geeez this man——oooops , potato head needs to go to Oz and ask for a brain

To be fair that was the school's single greatest football victory in March 

No one is laughing at you winning. We are laughing because you had a parade after winning a regular season game in MARCH.

This may come down to which team can keep the penalties under 200 yards😂

Tazewell is solid with some good skill guys but I've watched Graham dominate that "rivalry" for a long time now. I have to see it to believe it before I change my "dominate" stance.
