I can't speak to RC, but the horns you hear on the Union broadcast are those little battery powered, drill looking horns. Several fans have those. I think they seem loud because they're close to the press box.

The BIG train horn isn't blown in live ball situations anymore since the VHSL changed the rule.

Watched glenvar several times this season, best in 2C not saying as much as it has in the past.  Floyd nor Gretna much of a challenge this late in the season. I believe the physicality favors 2D in the semis.

Said it a week ago we won’t score.  Graham giving us 3-4 yard plays already knowing we’ll hold and kill the drive.  Already happened once today
