From what I saw Union lost this game in the first half. You can't leave that many points on the field. They left at least 10 in the first half. 

The better team won today, so you can stop with the feel good statements of gave this away and outplayed the first half etc

Well RV had two INTs tho so they could say that cost them two scores as well. 

What is your problem dude? I’m not one of the people on here who pretends to know everything and have zero aspirations of ever being a coach in any manner yet you always feel the need to take shots. I would try to get Anderson at least 7-10 touches. 

PV's defense in 2004 allowed 33 points total in four playoff games. The narrative that the defense blew the championship has been spouted in this town for two decades, I have hard time blaming the defense. Admittedly, I'm very biased regarding that defense but we held GC to 7 points, shutout Giles and held a team with a D1 QB to 20 points in the finals.
We lost to a better team on that day, had we been healthy and had a bounce or two go a different way, it probably goes differently. 

Probably unpopular opinion but Glenvar’s strength of schedule will have little bearing on the outcome of the Union/Glenvar game. 

Before that you had Pat Swinney, Pat Johnson, Robbie Fox, Matt Stidham, Shane Tucker, etc. Imo Stidham is the best fullback to ever wear the PV uniform, but Swinney and Fox both have arguments too.

No I didn’t, I pointed out it’s silly to say there’s no way Union gets to 30+ bc of the Glenvar average abd then say it’s very likely Glenvar gets to 30+ despite Union only allowing 9ppg and hasn’t allowed a VA team to get to 30 in the same amount of time that Glenvar has held everyone under 30. 
 
Unions defense is also elite, that was my point. You’re very confident that Glenvars defense holds up but seem to believe Unions will just fall apart. 

Congrats to Union. Winning is extremely difficult and certainly not as easy as they make it look sometimes. Additionally,  winning consistently as they have takes so much effort, toughness, and resiliency. You are 1 of 2 remaining unbeatens in 2a...quite an accomplishment

lol so there’s no way Glenvar gives up above their average but a very good chance Union gives up well above their average, which is 9ppg. Union hasn’t allowed 30+ points since Science Hill in 2024 and hasn’t to a VA team since the 2D final against Graham in 2023. 

The same thing happened with Radford in 2023. Just because Glenvar almost beat them in the Region Championship game most people on here said that Radford wouldn’t be able to handle Graham. What people didn’t realize is they’re district rivals and Glenvar has one of the best coaching staffs in 2A so of course it was a different ball game the second time they played. The atmosphere at Bullet will be something Glenvar hasn’t witnessed in many years and that’s why I’m giving Union the edge 35-31

Just an observation but you seem very critical of Union much of the time.

The MVP for  Union should be #5.  This little fella could hardly walk, bent over, but got in his defensive stance every play.  Huge kudos to him!!!
Congrats to the Bears, well deserved.
The Wolfpack didn't give up, kept on moving, recovered a couple of key turnovers, but couldn't capitalize.  
 

It’s an absolute joke.  If a field meets guidelines it should be playable as it always has been.
