I'd be greatly surprised to see anything begin before August, if not later.

I can tell you with much authority that Gate City has turned down multiple transfers just in the last five years!  People are going to hate you for being successful, I was in sales for 19 years and won every sales award my company (companies) ever had and people just hate you for success. When Gate City was Single A, they were Single A attendance wise. There was no fudging the numbers! It sounds like Gate City pissed in Stan's Cheerios. But just for Stan the number of the day is 28!   

And Gate City had A numbers for several years opting instead to play AA before dropping down.

I'd rather play hard and get beat than to have a trophy handed to me. Just my 2 cents. Proud of the GC kids!

100%. Didnt think GC stood a chance....they surprised me with the way they played and battled.  I know the other teams couldnt help the circumstances....but getting a Co Champ trophy is too much like a participation trophy (without even participating).  
Congrats to the Devils and congrats to JM....they were just a force this year.

Sullivan County probably, Hawkins County definitely, Kingsport City No! What has killed the Sullivan County high schools ( North, South and Central) is Kingsport's annexation policy, they have cherry picked the best neighborhoods from Blountville, Colonial Heights, and Carter's Valley area and parts of Bloomingdale and most of Lynn Garden (if there is a good part of Lynn Garden) North has less than 450 kids now.

Central definitely has the components to beat Gate City.
With that being said, I'm not usually one to be critical but the rest of that mess makes it appear that you're on acid.

it seems like DB has turned into a feeder program for Christ School over the last 5-6 years.

Hes excruciating lol. 
Appomattox is extremely well coached. The fake punt call was excellent. I don't think Appomattox can just line up and run over Graham, but having kids running wide open can hopefully be fixed.
