Bcats Posted March 8 Report Posted March 8 Yes we all know John Marshall is on a different level but if there's one bright spot is Graham is a way much better team than Luray, John Marshall was only beating them 51-28 at the half Quote
Gridiron60 Posted March 8 Report Posted March 8 Watched a little of Luray & JM game, I could be wrong but I think VA High, Floyd County, or Graham could have beat Luray. Obviously not by 50 points but I think any of these teams could have pulled the win in that matchup. Therefore, I’m going to self-declare Graham state champs! 😂😂😂 Real Sasquatch, frito gonzales, Graham32 and 2 others 4 1 Quote

I’d just play keep away & hold ball as much as possible. I'd say, give it your best and hold your heads High. Graham is representing their hometown. That other team is representing places from all over the Country. Graham is the winning team, no matter what the score ends up. Gridiron60 1 Quote

I just hope they have a great experience. It’s the last time they play together as team and just have fun. Make memories! gwloyal and CriticalNoise 2 Quote

The fact is that had Virginia High and Graham this year played someone who did not recruit and was like a normal Class 2 school then we might have back to back state championship from the Southwest. But because the VHSL allows this bullcrap to keep on keeping on we will never know. Could just set on the bench Quote

Dodgers Posted March 8 Report Posted March 8 Tough loss for Honaker girls. George Wythe must have made the right adjustments at halftime being down 22-10 and winning 34-31. Two great programs. Quote

Definitely, a statement type of comeback. That’s a never give mentality for sure on part of George Wythe. Quote

1inStripes Posted March 8 Report Posted March 8 Honaker girls seemed to struggle at times late this year offensively. Two great coaches in that matchup last night though. Congrats to Honaker on a great season and good luck to GW next week. Quote
