I think Sykes will probably be the #2 guy at DB from what I had heard.  The kid who transferred from Betsy is more likely the one to get the starting spot.

Well, it was light-hearted .... I confess I actually don't give two solids about it.    I do stand by my other Ridgeview based complaints, though....maybe not some of what the others have issues with though.  I don't actually think the refs have it out for RV in every game. 🤣

I was hoping Ridgeview would scrimmage West Ridge the last couple of years.  I'd call it the copyright/trademark bowl.

The whole thing when Unions band was accidentally sent onto the field while Richlands was still warming up and the football players ran through the band to catch a punt and there was a lot of outrage. The owner of the Moose basically said anyone who didn’t side with Union wasn’t welcome in his restaurant and said some pretty nasty things about Richlands athletics and their fans. And then admitted he hadn’t seen the video, only been told what happened. 
 
It caused a LOT of people to stop going there, myself included. Which sucked, because I ate there so much before, that the waitress's knew my order when I walked in lol.

And it's sad, because I would eat there at least once a week before that. 

Lebanon will be in 2D and the SWD for the next few years until they can send a few kids back to Castlewood and Honaker to drop again.

At the Pride event, a transsexual exposed its breasts.  I have to use the term it, as I am uncertain as to the preference of the transsexual that exposed itself.  There were school aged children at the event.   I do not know about Federal Jurisdictions, but I do know in some jurisdictions, exposing oneself in front of a minor can be charged as a felony.
2 ways to go with what happened above.
1.  Charge the person who exposed itself with a criminal offense, likely misdemeanor, possibly felony (I don't claim to know the law or be an attorney).  
2. Celebrate the person who did it.  Think nothing of it  
Choice number 2 appears to be the way we are going.   This choice in my opinion, shows where our leaders are, and it tells a little bit about where many in the country are.  It's scary, simply put..  Children do NOT come out normal from these events, these curriculums, this exposure to sexuality at that young age.  Biologically and neurochemically, I can assure you, it doesn't work out well, and that is Not an opinion, that's a Fact.  Do what you do, but keep kids out of it.  If you want to be straight, be gay, be trans, or be something in between, then ok, do what you do.  However, you don't get to involve and sexualize kids. We are getting kids involved in it, and that's a bad outcome for our country.  It's no benign (and that is an opinion). 
Only my opinions with a few facts in there also.

Girls Soccer: Clarke Co 7 Central-Wise 0 Final.   If not for the grit and tenacity of the Warriors, this score could've easily been 10-0 or more. Clarke Co reminded me of Blackburg's recent Class 4 title teams.

In Tennessee, district tournaments are double elimination.  This year, the region tournament also became double elimination.  The Sectional (sweet 16) became best of three this year.  The state tournament has always been double elimination.

Rye Cove won 4-1

I was told if Tazewell plays tomorrow for the title, then it would be on the radio.  As far as I know, today's game is not.
