Yeh the big guy for KW is a good space eater but unathletic and slow as molasses. Just dont run into him. I think the difference here are the defenses and i think Graham's is better. Claiborne will have his 2 or 3 big td runs but Clements and Bradshaw will have more. They remind me a lot of Appo. Rely on the run while taking occasional deep shots that arent very accurate. Graham will need to bring it all 4 quarters and contain Claiborne just enough. I just think the East is weaker all around. Look at CW's schedule. They had some close scores with some bad teams. And they gave KW a game.

They seem to be more one dimensional than past years. I think if you have a defense that can limit the run and Lawing from scrambling, and have a good enough offense and athletes to score they can be beaten. But is there a team that can do it? We'll see. 
Glenvar did a decent job of stopping the run and big plays. But just didnt have the offense. And that may be credit to Appos D.
I think Graham is the most balanced team i have seen this year. But they have a tough test tomorrow. 

Im surprised bluefield made it this far. Is wv that down this year? From what i saw of bluefield they didnt look that good this year. Kinda small and nowhere near the speed they usually have.

QB made bad decision and chucked it 40 yds inside the 5 maybe. Seen no receivers or defenders any closer. Sort of looked like a hail mary

Appos pass defense is almost non-existent. Theres barely anyone within 10 yards of the receiver

I believe Ridgeview has too many weapons to not be passing 70 percent of the time. They dont seem to be a good running team. Seems like they passed it a lot more in the first meeting with a much different result. I remember more downfield throws early in the game during the first matchup as well. I believe if they keep trying to force the run that could be their downfall. Good luck going forward. 

Hoping for a Graham win. Not knowing anything about the other region's teams, i feel Graham is best equipped to go all the way. They are more diverse in what they can do. Always a plus when you have an athlete like Bradshaw. 
If either team can get ahead like Virginia High did against Union, it will probably not end well for the other team. This game should show who has really improved since the first meeting.

He really does look years ahead of his age. One thing i seen though, not sure if it was the bad video feed, but it looked like he doesn't bring the ball back far enough when he throws. Almost like hes pushing it. Very well could've been the bad video cuz it also looked like tazewell was moving before almost every snap and it was never called.

I’ve seen more than one principal or AD go onto a field to try and stop a fight. Y’all are seriously making a mountain out of a mole hill. Guy went out to check on his son who was on the ground hurt — and then tried to keep the peace during what was about to be a brawl. 

I believe it was last year or year before last Union blowed it the whole first half when Richlands was at the LOS. 

Do you know what the attendance policy is for volleyball? Or was for basketball?
Cuz what they're doing for middle school volleyball is absurd. Tazewell County schools are playing each other every week for 5 weeks. So 3 teams at one gym. Only one parent can go to home games and none for away. Seen an away game on NFHS and there was one person on the visitors side. So youre looking at about 12 parents in the whole gym. We also only have one home game. Not sure if thats a local decision or a statewide indoor policy. Cuz i dont know if they're doing that for high school volleyball or did that for basketball too.

Just seems to me signs are pointing to him not sticking around long.

Was hard to watch that FB stream. Cheryl sit next to some of the worst fans ive ever heard. The commentator guy was probably worse. So many high school fans and even broadcasters dont know jack about football.

Yeah. Cheryl is a good lady. Sounds like it at least.

I have watched some people on those feeds comment some silly bologna. One guy once said that Doug Smith should be considered greatest coach of all time. Okay. If he is still there 20-30 years down the road and wins 3 state championships every 5 year period then yes, he would be. 
 
A year back I saw one guy say the refs were screwing them out of the game in a game Appo was winning in a blowout. 🤦‍♂️
 
I don’t have a problem with Appomattox. They have a great thing going on over there. But some of the people I see have no idea how football actually works. 

Great season G-Men. I was there in my Spartan attire cheering y’all on. Appo just out-coached Graham and were better prepared. Yes, there were a few bad calls but Graham made too many mistakes and failed to finish drives deep in Appo territory. I’m not even excited about next week’s state games now...Riverheads will likely blow Galax out of the stadium and I gotta watch Appo likely win their 4th title in 5 years.

I truly believe Graham let one get by. Did not have the intensity they had in BSG.

This FB broadcast is hard to watch. Appo fans thinking everything should be a flag against Graham.
